Best night stay at urban in alor setar. Very clean and quiet place. Many store here and the restaurant. Nice to stay here . I hope i will stay again. Thank you so much.

Overall stay was good, in term of location, easy access restaurant and shops, room cleanliness, safety and security systems. However, area need to improve is WiFi connection not so stable during 3 days 2 night stay need to change different username and password for 2 every day. On 2nd day I can't sleep properly due to noisy from another guest room at level 4, door room was bang strongly by another guest when closed the door... The rest good.

Great location, superb variety of food available just below the hotel. Staff are so - so. They should at least put a sign where is the lift hotel, reception area as it all compact in one area with the shop lot. Otherwise great staycation 👍🏻

The room is beautiful but it smells of new paint. The internet system is quite bad. There is almost no mobile signal.

This hotel is located within a business centre where there are a lot of shops (guardian,7e) restaurants (4fingers, old town, laolao,chagee, yasmin nasi kandar) and a supermarket. Easy to get parking, there is also a basement parking and it is free. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staffs and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern interior design/concept. Bathrooms are clean and big. Big smart tv and Netflix connection is smooth. There is a seating area with tv and a coway machine at the level entrance. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Check in was simple. Front desk service is good. However, I was given room without window and the bed size is not king size. The TV reception was poor.

It's clean. It's close to the mall. Many stalls downstairs. Photogenic spots too.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and feel slightly uncomfortable due to the rooms having a smell somewhat like damp moisture due to mold growth I think. I have changed room on one occasion where the smell was too strong and I could not stand it upon entering the room. On the positive side, this hotel has many shops in the same building with ample parking space in the basement.

We hv been frequent guests to this hitel as we hv project sites in Alor Setar. And we are very satisfied with it in all aspects including price. All necessities are accessible easily. 7E,Zus Coffee, Nasi Kandar, Japanese restaurant, grocery mart, Mr DIY etc. No complaints

The room is spacious and comfortable even though no windows. The bathroom also spacious. Air conditioners strong and cold. Tv quite big. A lot of restaurants available downstairs! Comes with parking as well.
