Pathetic downgraded people with 0 sense of hospitality it's a shame such people even exist in today's date. They're outright arrogant and rude. I hope good for all and never choose this stay with malicious people running the hotel if you wish to experience kumaon in true sense.

Nice and comfortable stay at this Hotel. Well located at Mall Road and some of the places like Naina Devi temple and Museum are at the walking distance from this Hotel. One can also view beautiful view of Mountain and valley from this Hotel. Room is Comfortable, but some of the things needs to be renovated in the room. Breakfast provided in hotel was fresh and tasty.

The most terrifying and horrific time of my stay was when I was inside the hotel. The rooms and the restrooms were smelly to the fullest. There were stains everywhere even in the super deluxe rooms. The restaurant was no exception, cooks were the horrible and couldn’t cook. We had pre-planned meals at dinner and breakfast yet the servers offered us menu cards after nearly 20mins of waiting. The way the servers were carrying themselves and talking they were probably drunk. We felt so scared for our family among those people. Altogether I would not recommend anyone staying in this hotel even alone.

Scruffy rooms with a rubbish view! great central location, lovely staff, excellent food. But for the price things could be much newer and better view
