Front desk staffs are helpful to any enquiry and  made arrangements for our transportation to the airport 👍 The cleaning crew is very responsive ( especially one middle aged lady , a bit plump). Probably our room is located at the end and hidden behind the corridor ( room no 5014) , they probably have missed. We requested her to clean the room and job accomplished 👍👍  The only setback is the bad smells of vape at the breakfast lounge. The seats are not suitable for dining.

The room was clean and cosy, the staff were great and could speak English, the free breakfast was awesome, I will definitely stay there again next year!

Cleanliness, location, and staffs are superb. The only downside is the hair dryer is not working.

the room and bathroom was very small, staff was nice, we only stayed for one night - location was perfect for this short stay, cathedral and restaurants within walking distance

房間蠻乾淨，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，這個酒店正經是掛着4星標誌的。位置就在昇天主座教堂南幾百米，附近有好幾家挺好的餐廳。這裏轉個彎出去就是通機場的快速路，20多分鐘就到機場。

應該是阿拉木圖本土的酒店吧。會英文，安靜，乾淨，很舒服，服務也好。下次去還住這裏。

Из плюсов - удобное местоположение, чистота, достаточно большой номер, раздельные кровати для 3х человек. Наличие в номере всего необходимого (фен, чайник, халаты, тапки, туалетные принадлежности). Завтрак обычный. Из минусов - в номерах прохладно, включали обогреватель. И расположение удобств в санузле вызывает недоумение, воспользоваться раковиной можно только с унитаза)))

房間挺大，早餐也不錯，就是窗户密封差，聽到外面街道的車聲影響睡眠

前台服務很友善，發現房內缺浴巾馬上安排！酒店位置很多～景點都能步行到！早餐亦豐富！只是房間隔音稍為差

Отель хороший, персонал отзывчивый, номер уютный

酒店環境不錯，很乾凈，前台服務員人也特別好，酒店旁邊就是昇天大教堂，距離中心逛街或者吃飯換錢都特別的方便，

早餐很豐盛 阿拉木圖性價比超高的酒店了 前台還幫忙打印東西 服務態度也很好 房間很乾凈 續住了非常滿意 位置也不錯

房間挺大的，就是網絡太糟糕，電腦連不上，設施比較老舊，早餐一般般，房間燈光也不亮，不去holiday inn 。
