We go back every year .The hôtel is new, impeccably clean and well maintained .The location is great, everything is accessible on foot. After you check out, you can leave your suitcases in a locked area , enjoy a full day at the beach ,come back to the hotel where they put a shower at your disposal.Fabulous!

Modern hotel on outskirts of centre but still very handy for the beach front and walk to next coastal village. Friendly multi lingual staff, extensive breakfast bar, comfortable rooms with all amenities

The hotel offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, clean,, spacious room. Excellent service and great staff. The breakfast is very good. The outdoor patio, very enjoyable. The location is very convenient. This is our fourth stay at Hotel Riva and we are always very pleased.

Modern clean hotel. The breakfast was superb especially taking italian standard minimal breakfast standard in consideration - fresh products in a good variety and helpful staff. Parking facility is very limited though - we arrived late and were sent to a parking lot far away from the hotel. 15 minutes walking distance!

The nice hotel to stay in Alassio. Good location in a quiet place and at the same time it is near the beach, shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and vacation. Cleaning was perfect. And we really enjoyed the breakfast time.

Nice well located hotel and friendly helpful staff. The breakfasts were great and nice to have the option of fresh coffee. The possibility to borrow/ rent bikes was an added bonus. Good size rooms and although the bathrooms could do with an update they are clean and the showers work well. The hotel represents overall value for money

This hotel is very basic for the price. Our room was a jauntily painted prison cell, parking is a complete nightmare, breakfast was ok. On the upside the staff are very nice and the hotel was quite clean. In my opinion it’s an expensive two star hotel.

Very clean and modern rooms, nice service, polite personnel. Nice and quick service. The hotel is situated near the sea. Good breakfast and coffee included. Great hotel if you want to spend the weekend with your family or sweetheart . Highly recommend

La mia esperienza in questo hotel non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative né della categoria dichiarata. Le stanze, soprattutto i bagni, avrebbero bisogno di un serio rinnovamento: la camera aveva ancora la chiave tradizionale, il gradino per accedere al terrazzo (oltretutto sporco) era rotto, la doccia troppo piccola allagava il bagno e l’asciugacapelli fisso risultava inutilizzabile perché si surriscaldava subito. Un episodio particolarmente spiacevole è stato assistere a una lite tra il personale proprio nel nostro piano. Le camere non sono insonorizzate, quindi abbiamo sentito tutto e, nonostante mi fossi affacciata in pigiama, hanno continuato a discutere senza alcun riguardo. Solo la ragazza alla reception, molto gentile, ha avuto la premura di scusarsi, ma senza alcun gesto concreto da parte dell’hotel. Da segnalare in positivo la colazione e la posizione comoda. Nel complesso però non tornerei e non lo consiglio: ad oggi non vale le 4 stelle dichiarate.

Hôtel très propre, services de qualités.le petit déjeuner très variés y en a pour tous les goûts et copieux.Le personnel est très accueillant et très chaleureux.je recommande cet hôtel très bien situé à 50 m des plages.

Hotel carino , moderno , buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Colazione buona. Area comune semplice ma carina. Stanze con arredamento moderno ma alcune veramente molto piccole.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 GG a luglio io e la mia amica. L unica nota positiva la cordialità dei ragazzi/e alla reception. Il resto per noi purtroppo non é stato nulla di buono. Stanza squallida, terrazzino sporco di escrezioni di uccelli per non parlare del bagno... Non si riusciva ad entrare in doccia e noi siamo due ragazze di corporatura magra. Lo spazio tra l ingresso della doccia e il lavandino era ridottissimo. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio camera che ovviamente non é stato preso in carico. Non so come mai gli siano state attribuite le 4 stelle. Per noi decisamente sconsigliato.

Posizione comoda a 100 metri dal mare e personale gentile, ma camere non insonorizzate, bagno scomodo, letto con due materassi singoli che si separano, phon per capelli lento e poco potente e aria condizionata fissa sui 27°, nonostante mi avessero detto che si poteva regolare. Parcheggio scomodo, all’aperto e a 6 minuti a piedi. Colazione buona ma con scelta limitata. Esperienza sufficiente ma non da vero quattro stelle, soprattutto per il prezzo.
