Savk Hotel

This hotel is one of the best . We like our vacancion here , în special the ospitalier of the staff . The best waiter , are very kind with our child and smile everytime it’s mr. Nasi Afacan . Food is very good and fresh every day , rooms nice , pool awesome .

The atmosphere here is brilliant, the staff are welcoming and friendly & the decor of the hotel is sublime. It is situated on a perfect strip of Kleopatra beach. The room was cozy and regularly cleaned up to a high standard, though the balcony was more on the smaller side, the view of the beach was amazing. The breakfast food was repetitive and not catered to the English taste buds and lacked options. The restaurant connected to the hotel had better choices and good pricing. Overall, such a nice experience for me & my boyfriend.

- Staff extremely rude - Building needing refurbishment - Bed Hard - Pool small and pointless size - WIFI slow - Small Room - Food cooked by someone on crack, who does broccoli for breakfast Worst hotel stayed in in my life. Enough said!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we arrived we thought 'wow', beautiful reception area, very posh for us, we were taken to our room by a 'bell boy' - well man which we've never had before! Thought this is great......got to our room to be a bit disappointed tbh. Small room and all I can say is the world's smallest balcony, myself and my fiancé couldn't sit out there together! I pulled back the curtain and the long nets fell down. The shower maintenance definitely needed attention as the shower head was coming loose so just chucking out water. 1 English channel on the TV - News and politics! Tea and coffee making facilities - great but never restocked in our time there neither any cups (we asked downstairs if we could have 2 cups!) Toilet roll we never had replenished either......the cleaners trolley was always on the landing every night so.....we took our own things we'd paid for, if the cleaner can't do his job!! Definitely never encountered things like this before so it was disheartening for a half board and what we'd paid for. First 4 days, WIFI was fantastic, all the way to the beach, after that, they updated it and it went shockingly poor. Food - breakfast was ok.....some odd stuff if you like Cauliflower, Broccoli and chips......eggs if you like them you're gonna love it! Dinner.....hmmmm, would have liked little notes to actually tell you what the food was but nothing, I ended up a bit queezy because I just wanted to know what I was eating, some things looked like tiny brains 🤢 I stuck to salad and potatoes in the end and we ate out in the end - at least we knew what we were eating! Beach - we are beach people but found it very difficult due to the sand not being sand, all I can describe it as is like cat litter! Extremely difficult to get out of the water, constantly sinking, such a shame because it's a beautiful beach literally 10 seconds from the pool which is where we spent some of our time, pools lovely, drinks and food (a la cart) menu was great.....why can't they put that menu indoors?! If you like a busy place then this is it, Alanya town centre 10 minutes walk but it's so busy directly outside then you won't want to go anywhere else. First time visiting Turkey, would we come back? DEFINITELY YES but not here, just over 2 hours transfer aswell, too much travelling especially when the driver has to stop for a break half way. I'd like to say better things but unfortunately this is not a 4 ⭐ HOTEL.

We stayed at Savk for our visit to Alanya, rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need, ours was a balcony with sea view. Beds are comfy, though we got given a twin and we are a couple. Some design flaws, the kettle cord is so short and doesn't reach the table so you literally had to balance the kettle on top of a suitcase to get close to the plug. The shower is right next to toilet and you have to angle yourself 45 degree when you sit down so your knee doesn't hit the shower cubical. Nice chilled vibes, plenty of lounging areas all over the hotel and grounds. The hotel connected directly to the beach, with showers and changing facilities just as you come off the beach which is very convenient. Shops within a couple of mins walk nearby, this street is a lot quieter than the streets closer to the castle but everything is so close.  The biggest disappointed was food served, this hotel only does half board. I'm open to try new things but at breakfast, 4 of the food holders was bread. There was an omelette station which was good but I'm allergic to eggs so that limits my choice. Dinner time was also a disaster, repetitive and dry. None of the food was labelled so it was just a guessing game but for someone who has allergies, it would have been helpful to know what was served. Very limited options compared to other 4* hotels I've seen and been to. Be aware that drinks at dinner time are not included but isn't made known until you start drinking then they ask for money. Doesn't cost alot but something to be aware of.  The wifi is terrible, keeps disconnecting and so slow so don't rely on it. The customer service was average with minimal interaction, there were certain staff who were lovely and smiles on their faces. Speciel mention to the life guard Ilyas, the chef who makes the eggs and the lovely lady who serves at the restaurant too. Lovely hotel but I'd hesitate to come back due to the food.

The hotel is located next to the cemetery! Average food. The cleaning is terrible - the toilet is cleaned with a toothbrush!!! Towels are not changed. Please don't move here! The hotel is not even worthy of 3*!
