Very nice location close to the beach, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Hotel has nice garden with a playground for children. Its a very safe place as its overlooked by security at all entrances. Room is spacious with nice balcony however you can tell that the Hotel is getting old. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of choice is super basic. Service is very Morrocan like, everything takes very long. The Hotel needs to buy more towels as they only provide you with 2 per room and take them away in the morning to wash them. All in all I would avoid coming to this Hotel for holiday but if you just need a room its ok!

Voici mon résumé pour trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Arrivee vers 14h : premier contact le parking pas de place on nous demande de se garer à côté sur un parking payant. Ca commence bien. Deuxieme contact avec le réceptionniste qui est vraiment antipathique et non chalant pas de sourire. Remise des clés vers 14h30 nous arrivons dans la chambre il faut mettre un coup de pied dans la porte pour rentrer chambre 414 ou 416 nous rentrons dans la chambre première impression assez bonne lit doubles avec un canapé vue sur mer, la salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais c'est propre. Direction la piscine parfaite elle est progressive avec des transats en bon état et des serviettes mise à disposition. Le soir première sortie en voiture, pour rentrer à l' hôtel de nouveau pas de place sur le parking, pas de place sur le parking payant nous devons chercher par nous-même une place de parking à 1 km de l'hôtel, avec une personne âgée ce n'est pas évident. Direction la reception on leur fait part de notre mécontentement le problème est bien connu mais aucune solution il s'en foutent pourtants sur le descriptif de l'hôtel il est bien indiqué qu'un parking est mis à disposition: menteur.Première nuit et premier petit déjeuner, quelle déception pas d'eau , pas de lait, pas de céréales,pas de yaourt pas de fruits Comment faire avec des enfants? la seule chose à volonté les crudités les oignons des choux des concombres la salade une dizaine de sauce avec aucune étiquette, un grille-pain qui réchauffe mais qui ne grille pas. Heuresement il y a un cuisinier qui fait des omelettes et une cuisinière qui fait des crêpes marocaines mais une par une donc il faut patienter pratiquement 10 minutes pour avoir une crêpe. On décide de rester sur sur cette deuxième journée à l'hôtel le midi interdit d'apporter son manger autour de la piscine , on demande la carte du snack , reponse : il n'est pas ouvert. On demande la carte du restaurant réponse il n'y a pas de carte il faut voir directement avec le cuisinier. il n'y a pas de carte que c'est en fonction du menu du jour. Ok on va prendre le menu du jour viande haché et salade composée (3 minuscules boulettes de viandes hachée 90 dirhams et la salade 60 dirhams) le tout dégueulasse. Sinon le ménage des chambres est fait avant 14h. Il y a pres de la piscine un babyfoot et table de ping pong. la salle de sport est tbienmais ouvre seulem3nt de 10h a 18h, c'est trop court. donc au final nous ne reviendrons pas.

C'est la deuxième fois dans cette établissement et toujours satisfait par tout les personnelles du bagagiste, réceptionne, femmes de ménage, serveurs, maitre nageur...

My experience at Odyssee Park Hotel was extremely disappointing. This hotel is far from being a 4-star establishment and feels more like a SCAM. The photos on their website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Many TikTok reviews from other guests share similar experiences. The bedsheets and towels were dirty, the bathtub was stained red from age, and the water pressure was incredibly low. The entire hotel feels very outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the food served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner was of very poor quality—comparable to leftovers. This was not the standard I expected, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. AVOID

Location of the hotel is very nice and you can walk through the garden to the beach. Right now the bird valley is under construction but if the bird valley would be finished the location would be even more perfect, because you could have a view directly to the bird valley from the balcony. Rooms are daily cleaned. In the winter the pool water was too cold to swim for kids but otherwise we enjoyed the stay a lot. In the room there was bathtub but water wasn't hot enough to make a hot bath. Shower however is good. If you need sheets, bring your own .. only blanket in the room (like in other Moroccan place also) there is no water boiler in the room (for tea) I don't know is it common to have that - in European hotels they usually have.

-5⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we waited 30 minutes for staff to find our reservation, even though we had a confirmed booking. After another 45 minutes, we were informed that the sea-view room we booked was unavailable. We were given a different room, which my 74-year-old mother and I had to walk to, only to find it had a single double bed and a sofa—not what we booked and definitely not suitable for our needs. When I raised this issue, the staff response was dismissive and unhelpful. I asked to cancel and receive a refund, but was told this was impossible, which I know is not accurate or professional. To make things worse, the AC was not working in the room, leaving us uncomfortable and unable to sleep properly. The room itself was in poor condition, with dirty door frames and mold in the corners—completely unacceptable and unhygienic, especially after our long trip. Honestly, you’d be better off staying at a different hotel—or even on the street—than dealing with this level of service and poor conditions. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

Restaurant staff is great, reception staff is great, cleaning staff is great, swimming pool guard guy is great, the gardeners really make sure that the garden is well looked after. The bed is comfy, loud noises from other guests who dragged furniture across the room above in the night - but that’s not the hotels fault. Generally it’s quiet. I haven’t given it 4 stars only because the bath tub has stains inside, and the desk in the room has a faulty draw which won’t go in, also the wardrobe smells fusty. Breakfast selection could be slightly better. Toiletries provided daily. We were able to relax and enjoy being away.

The bad experience in my life l was planning for this trip for long time ago and was excited to visit Agadir city but anything in this hotel is good, it's really horrible accommodation. I did book 3 nights but we did stay only 1 night , next day we did move to other hotel , the service is very bad, don't book it

Animal abusers !! If you’re an animal lovers specifically cats i don’t recommend you this hotel, stayed here in May with my husband, There were cats in the gardens so the people who work there trapped the cats in cages in front of the guests, while the cats were screaming in fear.
