I had a wonderful stay at the hotel—the service was excellent, the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the location was perfect.

Soooooo Wonderful! Considering to its price, this is the best hotel !! Thank you so much!!!!!! So beautiful lobby! Amazing breakfast, So kind workers! Cleaning the room is perfect! The room cleaners are working so hard and they are artists! They can make so many beautiful shape with blanket!

The location is excellent, and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

A review in 2 parts: The hotel staff themselves are nice, very attentive etc and the service overall is good. The downside is the travel agency booking thing.. I booked a transport to a specific area and they just left me halfway.. I’ve still kept the review positive because the hotel itself is not the owner of the travel agency but rather they rent the space. BUT do NOT use that travel agency group.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Safir Hotel for a second time. While the rooms were a bit different from the last time, it was still a lovely experience. The breakfasts were delicious, and the daily cleanings by Rehab and her colleague were really appreciated. Thank you, Rehab, and to all the friendly staff!

Nice enough hotel. It's not completely quiet, but nowhere is in Egypt. The breakfast buffet could do with more local options like foul, falafel, and tabouleh. Decent enough area, about thirty minutes from the pyramids, and a short walk to downtown Cairo.

Everything was great, breakfast was rich and the pool was great.

Good stay , but room service entered room to clean while i used no disturb card

PROS: Fantastic customer service! Eage to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was excellent! It comprised a hot and cold buffet. Well organised too with assistants coming round to top up hot drinks. Reasonably clean rooms although outdated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is also clean with hot running water, particularly in the winter! CONS: Once reaching our floor, it was disheartening seeing the difference in appearance and the level of standard compared to what the lobby looked liked. Also finding our room was like setting onto a maze to begin with but we soon got used to it. We were put on a non-smoking floor but the smell of cigarettes was very strong. The bedroom was outdated and in need of renovation in terms of carpet and decor and furniture (although the bed was probably the most comfortable bed ever). Again we became used to the dip in standards. Overall would stay at the Safir again as the pros outweigh the cons.

Good good
