The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø.

Boede i 3 nætter.Opgraderet fra standardværelse til overværelse.Hotel reception er venlig, især Amalie, der har bubble karakter, det var en stor oplevelse med at tage sig af hende, stor start for min ophold.Smuk, varm og komfortabel værelse. Denne værelsestype har en Nespresso maskine, du kan også lave te med kedlen leveret.God morgenmad, masser af valg, herunder frisk ris.Der er en sauna og gym med majestætisk udsigt.Lufthavnsbus droppede mig direkte mod hotellet. Opsamlingspunktet for de fleste nordlige lysture er tæt på.Generelt var det et stort ophold og meget anbefalet.

The location is amazing! All the pick up spots for the activity were 3-10 mins walk. However, the nightmare started when we got to the room to realise that the bin was full…. We tried to talk to the front desk but it was late in the afternoon and we were told no one from room service is there and we can’t change room cos they full…. Even though the next day in the morning a bus full of tourists came and I don’t believe that many checked out in few hours Again location is good, but it is not a cheap price you’re paying for the bare minimum of cleanliness

The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night.

Our best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.

The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of choices including non‑gluten options. The room was a decent size and very clean. The location is convenient — within about 15 minutes you can reach many shops and restaurants. If I return to Tromsø, I will definitely stay at the Dock again!

GGæstebrugerA hotel that is located conveniently to many pick up points for tours. Grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants are also located nearby. Simple amenities such as shampoo/body soap, towels, hairdryer are available. Love it that there is breakfast and dinner that comes together with your stay. Nothing too fancy but good enough to fill your bellies considering the restaurants are quite pricey. You will need to get hot water on your own at the dispenser as there are no kettle in the room. Reception was always friendly in answering any questions, and even helped with my cab booking to the airport. Worth it for the price, would stay here again.

MMelodyWenThey will do daily cleaning in the room which is appreciated, but took away our spoons which the staff thought it was the hotel’s. And sometimes after cleaning, they didn’t provide garbage bag for the bin. We are also not notified that 24 December is their ‘holiday’ so the breakfast will start late, several group standing in front of the restaurant waiting it to open while we are actuall rushing to the airport. The staff did allow us in at the end, no chaotic was caused luckily.
