Punta Negra beach is a great for walking and running (its the longest beach on the south shore), swimming, kayaking and body surfing. There is a gentle slope going down to and into the ocean which makes getting in and out very easy. You can walk out quite a ways out and still have the water at waist level. The villa comes with kayaks, boogie boards, a ping pong table and a volley ball net so you don't have to go far to have fun. Tour boats can pick you up right on the beach in front of the villa so you don't even have to pay for taxis to go on boat excursions.
