GGæstebrugerThe workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

GGæstebrugerScott was the attendant when we arrived. He was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. He deserves a raise and a promotion. I was in the 4th floor and the hallways hah ac extremely strong chemical smell, like industrial glue or paint thinner. It was enough to take your breath away. It didn't get into the rooms thankfully, but you certainly didn't want to leave them because it was so strong. We were advised by Scott that the hotel was undergoing renovations and he was extremely apologetic. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the shower. The water was lukewarm at best and not warm enough for my granddaughter or daughter to take a shower. We were unable to try the breakfast as we woke up to an area wide power outage due to extreme weather. Overall, the best thing about staying here was the outstanding customer service we received and that would probably be the only reason I would come back again.

Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and ****** slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎.
The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.

GGæstebrugerWe book this hotel last minute. Considering the area the price was a good deal or so we thought. The room was small and the bed was a cheap mattress that you'd expect to find in a cheap motel. The shower was clogged, again, something you'd expect from a cheap motel, not a Hilton!
