Improvement would be headsets like at capitol and cruise line on shore group excursions… it was very hard to hear Dash at times on the street and in the museums… that was annoying. Dash did an excellent job… just hard to hear him sometimes with the crowds and street noises.★

Hop on Hop off is the way to see any city but especially Washington . The buses were on time , clean , and open wide windows . The drivers were polite , entertaining , and so informative. Book this if you are in the city
