Reviews: Washington DC: Mt. Vernon Day Trip with River Cruise

The tour guide was informative. More time at Mt. Vernon. The boat ride was smooth, the service was great. There was an odd, almost sewer smell on the boat, near the bathrooms which is the same location as the bar/ food area. Unpleasant for an area where food is
Reviews: From Washington DC: Old Town Alexandria & Mount Vernon Tour
Guest User2025-12-21
Our tour guide Joey was excellent. She knew the history of the area and pointed out many attractions as we made our way from DC to Mount Vernon through Alexandria. Our vehicle was a Sprinter, a very comfortable ride. Mt Vernon is a very popular attraction so our guide knew how to best navigate the crowds and enhanced the docents' speeches with her own commentary. We recommend the tour.
Reviews: Mount Vernon Guided Estate Tour plus Old Town Alexandria from DC

My family and I enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide was amazing! She is a wealth of knowledge on the history of Washington D.C. and Mt. Vernon, other fun facts of buildings, and historical architecture of homes in Alexandria. The shuttle bus was clean, equipped with A.C., and great comfortable seats. I would definitely recommend this tour. Next time we come back I will book at different tour with them again! And lastly, our driver was amazing! She drove to each destination safely.
Reviews: Washington, D.C.: Tea Around Town Bus Tour with Landmarks
Guest User2025-09-15
The tour was a really enjoyable and unique experience. The ride through the city was beautiful, and it felt special to enjoy tea and treats while passing some of the most iconic landmarks. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt very relaxing. Having dietary restrictions the options were quite limited and didn’t quite feel as satisfying. For such a thoughtful experience, I expected a bit more variety and attention to dietary needs. Still, the tour itself was memorable, and I’d recommend it, especially for those who don’t have dietary restrictions.
