Nice hotel, especially the lobby. Welcoming staff that offered us several water bottles. The room is good as well. Bathroom was alright but the shower drainage was terrible. Within minutes the tub filled with water up to my legs and didn’t go down, which felt unhygienic and really put me off. Also, for the price we paid and considering this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, it would be nice to have slippers and bathrobes.

The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and forth like this is really frustrating.

They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, which truly made my stay more enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident at every turn. Facilities: 3/5 While the hotel excels in location, cleanliness, and service, the facilities are somewhat average. Although they provide the essential amenities, there isn’t anything particularly remarkable. A few upgrades or additions could enhance the experience, making it more appealing to guests looking for a more luxurious stay. In summary, this hotel offers a superb location, exceptional cleanliness, and outstanding service, making it a great choice for travelers. However, there is room for improvement in the facilities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for another visit.
