Viadukt Apartments

While being fully aware that photos don’t reflect reality, we were still very disappointed. This place could use an update. Worn out kitchen and bathroom and not too clean either. Sticky table, hair on the floor, leftover blood stains on pillow case, sheets not ironed, yellow and worn out shower curtain, etc. Our room was on the top floor with one of the double beds placed in an improvised space (not easily) accessible by tiny stairs. I write improvised because you can see in the images attached, the floor was not even finished. All mattresses super soft and not comfortable. Each pillow of different quality. Good news is if you walk 20k+ steps a day you fall asleep fast. Be aware of the fact that despite “available parking” they can tell you it’s full upon arrival. We managed but you might not be able to. You can consider this place if you don’t mind the above. Personally, second time I would aim at higher standard despite the price point.

Nous avons eu des problèmes à récupérer la clé de notre chambre et avons appelé le numéro marqué pour les urgences. La gérante nous a répondu, nous avons expliqué et elle nous a raccroché au nez et cela plusieurs fois. Elle voulait communiquer par message. Après lui avoir envoyé les détails de la réservation, elle nous a envoyé le code mais ça ne marchait toujours pas. Nous avons rappelé mais elle n'a pas répondu. Et là elle débarque en trombe et en colère sans bonjour ni rien. Elle entre le code qu'elle nous avait donné et là surprise ça ne marche pas. En fait elle s'était trompée d'un numéro mais pas une excuse que dalle ! Tellement antipathique, j'ai jamais vu ça dans l'hôtellerie ! Bref emplacement pratique pour aller au Letzigrund mais c'est tout.
