《房東態度惡劣,入住安排混亂,無法check in》
《清潔人員會在你睡覺時擅自進入屋內。》
- 房東從來沒有給予入住驗證碼,我在門口等了一個多小時也無法check in,打電話也沒有人接聽,最後也多虧Trip的客服幫忙才能成功聯繫。我拿著很多行李,在樓下吹了一個多小時風,非常徬徨無助,我第一次遇到這種情況。
- 房東態度極度惡劣,當我打電話詢問如何入住時,他聲稱自己有數百個客戶,語氣非常囂張和沒有禮貌,視我如求他要錢的乞丐。
- 我睡覺時有清潔人員擅自用鑰匙打開房門進入我的屋內,這是完全不能接受的,我非常驚嚇和缺乏安全感。最後一天本來應該是11點前check out,但清潔工9點就擅自進入。
- 屋內設備非常老舊,沒有吹風筒,電視也無法使用,床、沙發和椅子都有污跡
- 地址距離蘇黎世火車站至少半小時路程
- 從此我發誓即時蘇黎世的房租貴,我也不會貪小便宜入住這些垃圾人出租的垃圾屋。
"The landlord had a terrible attitude and the check-in process was chaotic, which prevented me from checking in. The cleaning staff entered the room without permission while I was sleeping.
The landlord never gave me the check-in code, and I waited outside the door for over an hour without being able to check in. I called several times, but no one answered. I was very worried and helpless, and I had a lot of luggage with me. Thanks to the help of the Trip customer service, I was finally able to contact the landlord. This was the first time I had encountered such a situation.
The landlord's attitude was extremely bad. When I called to ask about the check-in process, he claimed to have hundreds of customers and spoke in a very arrogant and impolite manner, treating me like a beggar asking him for money.
While I was sleeping, the cleaning staff entered my room without permission using a key, which is completely unacceptable. I was very frightened and lacked a sense of security. On the last day, check-out was supposed to be before 11 am, but the cleaning staff entered at 9 am without permission.
The equipment in the room was very old, and there was no hairdryer. The TV was also not working, and the bed, sofa, and chairs were stained.
The address was at least half an hour away from Zurich train station.
From now on, I swear that even if the rent in Zurich is expensive, I will not be tempted to stay in these trash houses rented out by these trash people."
