Mattress in terrible quality and found Bed bugs, will never come back. Also internet was not available and had to hunt for the information since there is no reception.

Otel Self checkin olarak yapılmış ve ihtiyaç anında hiç kimseyi bulamıyorsunuz. Rezervasyonum sırasında park yeri oldukları gösteriyor fakat oraya vardığınızda hiçbir park yeri yok. Yardımcı olan kimse de yok bir daha asla tercih etmem

I didn’t want to give 1 star but it was really disappointing. Oka, Trip.com didn’t mention that there is AC, so it’s fair that the room didn’t have it but not even a fan and it was extremely hot! There is no trash bin in the room so we had to use our own plastic bags to collect waste. There is no wifi (even though they promised there would be info in the room about it, there wasn’t). The shower has no curtain or wall so water splashed everywhere when taking shower. Nonetheless, it was fine for just sleeping but even with the quite low price considering it’s Zürich, it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I’m too picky, hence the neutral rating.

Not safe for solo travellers. Very shady. Unigenic.

I really did not enjoy this stay as it is over a mile from the train station and a mile and a half from the lake and most of the things you want to see. It is a dingy facility that had loud people constantly coming in and out. There are no staff on site and someone booked a room and was unable to get his keys and was complaining loudly in the hall that no one that ran the place would help him. I had trouble getting the light in the bathroom to turn on as it came in intermittently. The first morning no hot water in the shower but the second morning there was adequate hot water. This place is the pits really and in the end I wish I had spent the extra $20USD a night for a better place.

Everything is going k, but bed is not comfortable for me and also because there’s no air conditioning,you need to open the window thus too noisy

It's a good stay in general.

Un appartamento hotel normale. Non c’è aria condizionata. Quindi attenzione del estate. Dal giugno non consiglio. Il posto ok. Comodo. Solo che questo singolo stanza. Vicino la strada. Quindi rumoroso. Bagno un po’ vecchio. Non c’è cucina però c’è un mini frigo.

Самое ужасное пребывание.Номер вообще не соответсвует.Все отзывы,которые на 5 -накрученные.Очень старый номер,написано кухонная утварь,но её совсем нет.Бронироаала по фоткам с кухонной зоной,но сказали это не входит.Просили хотя бы чайник принести,тоже нету.Взяли у горничной ( выцепили ее на уборке на этаже)сами на следующей день.Проженный стул и очень грязный. Шторы и тюль давно никто не стирал.Фен доработал до нашего отъезда,но спаленный,холодильник ужасный и воняет старьем,продукты лучше хранить.Цена не дешевая-даже для Цюриха.Как вообще разрешают размещать такие номера не соответсвующие-это вопрос к площадке..

nie wieder, erst das Einchecken, dann keine Parkplätze, die durch welche Privatkunden reserviert sind, und nie benutzt werden. Hab nur meine sachen reingetragen ins zimmer, und wollte dann rauskommen um irgendwo zu parcken, und was, da war mein Auto schon am Abschleppen, 600 CHF sollte ich zahlen, dann nach langem hin und her auf 400 CHF geeinigt. Natürlich habs nicht bei mir gehabt, sofort mir der Abschlepper die Bank gezeigt ich kanns da abholen, ok hab das geld geholt, abgeliefert, steh und warte bis das fahrzeug frei ist, und warte auf die Quittung, der Fahrer setzt sich in den Abschleppwagen, und fährt davon. werde es demnächst reklamieren, mal sehen was passier !!! Dann nach dem suchen eines PP war ich im Zimmer, und wollte mich gemütlich machen, und da kommt der Hammer da gibts ja keine Heizung , Kalt wie in einer Hundebude, Duschen unter diesen Umständen natürlich verzichtet, Zweite Decke hat etwas geholfen, habs reklamiert, und wollte Morgens sofort ein anderes Hotel suchen, das Hotel Swisstar natürlich nicht erreichbar, nur per Email, Antwort ich soll mich beim Buchungsportal melden, und Rückerstattung anfordern, kein Lösung. Das waren meine 2 HOROR Übernachtung in der Schweiz seit 12 Jahren, da Hotel nie wieder Leute. Hab schon vieles erlebt , aber das war die schrecklichste ERfahrung mit Übernachtung in der Schweiz...

Das Zimmer war beim check in nicht geputzt. Hotline nicht erreichbar. Erst nach Stunden Beschwerde und Assistenz von trip.com wurde ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Dusche ging fast nicht. So etwas schreckliches habe ich in Zürich noch nie erlebt.

一泊の宿泊でした。冷蔵庫が冷たくならなかったです。ヘアドライヤーは備え付けられていたので良かったです。
