I am extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service provided during my stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS Zurich from April 9th to April 14th, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted my stay and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, one of the basic guest requirements, the ability to control the window curtains, was not available in my room. This lack of control over basic amenities affected my comfort and privacy during my stay. Furthermore, when I encountered other issues during my stay and sought assistance from your customer service team, I found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the problems promptly and efficiently, I was met with requests for additional payment for basic requests and amenities. This approach was both unreasonable and unacceptable, especially considering the amount already paid for the accommodation. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and support from your customer service team was evident. Contacting them by email resulted in delayed responses, often taking until the next day, which further exacerbated the situation and left me feeling neglected as a guest. Overall, my experience at VISIONAPARTMENTS Militaerstrasse 24 Zurich was far below expectations, and I would not recommend anyone to book with this establishment through *********** or direct booking channels. The combination of inadequate amenities, unprofessional customer service, and lack of responsiveness has led to a highly unsatisfactory experience.
