I could not even stay in the hotel because they did not have a kitchen! i don’t understand how make my trip allowed to book it with breakfast then?

Make my trip shows hotel name as 'golden inn' but in real, hotel name is kartik so we got confused. This is not an ideal situation when you searching this hotel at night

I have booked a deluxe room but it provides a normal room it's an average experience for me the service is very bad

First of all the name of the hotel was not golden it. It was karthik hotel which left me clueless to find it. Secondly i had booked to deluxe room with you but the receptionist argued with me brutally rudely and said that we have only one room with view and you will get you will get one room which is regular in size and i did not get any refund for that, thirdly, there were no water or food availability. The windows of the room were sealed and it was very suffocating. I asked the receptionist to open the window for once so that it will be easy for the environment but he denied that owner will not allow us to open the window-on total, it was a hell of an experience and i did not like my stay. This is very bad for makemytrip bookings and this was very very bad experience for me. I would not suggest anyone to go by makemytrip to book hotels. When i will receive the discount?

Everything is good in this price budget except hot water kettle and complimentary water bottle. They are missing. You have to buy water for drink. I booked by name golden inn. When i saw there name was hotel karthik.

It's the best hotel at an affordable price, the staff was kind and the room service was very good, also the rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom is also very clean. Everything is just nice about this hotel
there was no disturbance, and very safe
