The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting us without even asking. The amenities are top notch. The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

小智 was AMAZING! He made the stay so worth it. He’s one of the best hotel concierges iv ever had the pleasure of coming across. As usual the room is very big and aesthetically pleasing. I only gave 2 for amenities because there was no toothbrush etc when I entered. Oh and the breakfast was fine… if you’re into Chinese style breakfast. 小智 should get a raise for his excellent customer service.
