Smiley hotel (Youtehui store)

Our 4th time staying in this place with its good location and next to the mall. The carpark lift is linked to the room which is very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy The lights were the issue. They made the room 'too technologic'. We couldn't turn on the lights for a while. There was no telephone in the room so, we tried to communicate via a communication tablet on the wall but, the security guard answered and he didn't know how to help. We had to go to the lobby all the way down then they said to use the screen etc. Finally found it right next to the bed. The floors were too wet so, was dangerous to walk around. I guess it was about the humidity (not sure about the weather or ACs) but, the floors were still wet in the morning. All the way there was a continuous 'beep' sound from the light button of the bathroom, we couldn't turn it off and didn't bother going from the 34th floor down also. Couldn't sleep well in the end. Don't know if we are the only ones who 'couldn't adapt to technological hotels' or not but, we miss the simplicity. Other than that, a perfect hotel with value.

新酒店式公寓，位置超方便，距離商場優特匯只需5分鐘，集團式管理有信心，房間衞生不錯，床亦乾淨舒服，不過價錢反映質素，有幾項可以改善下； 第一：訂了禁煙家庭3人房，一入門已經一陣煙味，茶几生鏽又放了煙灰缸，內窗簾有污漬 第二：中央冷氣系統比較吵耳，我是易睡易醒，中間醒了兩三次 第三：房內智能系統操作並不太易操作，沒有說明指引，全憑自己摸索，開燈關燈費事 第四：房間隔音不太好，深夜12點多，睡在床上有少少搖晃的感覺，而且隔籬房大力關門也很應聲 第五：浴室設施欠佳，淋浴間門關不上，水會浸出來，穿拖鞋沒有用已全濕，廁紙入住時只得三分一，全部人一晚上廁所已經用完，再要大便已經無廁紙用，要拿外面的面巾紙，風筒鎖在牆上，不能靈活使用，熱力也不夠

常住的，房間超級大，還有投影儀，插頭也是超級多，想怎麼充電，就那裡充電，景觀開揚，住得非常舒適，用品大部份齊備，唯一不喜歡就是房間可以播抽煙，如果能設定一些禁煙房就完美。
