Great location. But entrance is hard to find although there are many. Need more signs. I got shooed away by security staff while trying to contact the hotel on my phone in the car park. Compensated by an upgrade and fruit platter. The room is huge. Wardrobe is outside the bedroom. Only one chair. No sofa due to half of the room area is wasted in the passages. Passage space is bigger than the room itself.

1 night stay. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast spread is good. Location very convenient, right in front of cross border to Macau. Friendly service by Haley.

The reception staff Panda, Ula and Zhang were excellent. Service was excellent, perfect. I will definitely come back again. Best service award goes to them. Hotel location is awesome too

The room is clean and the location is good. Can access to the underground shopping very easy. The check in and check out is fast and smooth. Special thanks to Yomiko for helping us in checking out the room efficiently

The hotel is in a strategic location. The staff member Xiao Tang is warm and thoughtful. He is really patient and provided me with great help. The hotel has self-service laundry and drying. There is also a gym and swimming pool on the 6th floor. The facilities are complete. I am very satisfied.

I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese! My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day! Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

Our experience was amazing. Bella and the staff made us feel very comfortable and they were very helpful with everything we needed. The service here is absolutely fantastic. The person who cleaned our room was also very attentive to the detail, she even got a small box for my girlfriend to put her rings.

The staff 柳雅琪 truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and it made my stay unforgettable and extend my late check-out request. A bit disappointed on this stay as I paid the same but the room size was much smaller than my previous. Hotel front office lady was good and having two bottle water compensations for my stay.
