Excellent location, spacious room with a partial view overlooking HZM bridge. However, some areas need improvements; reception service, complementary coffee at lobby’s quality, room’s condiments (tea n coffee not good, no milk provided), bathroom’s mirror n shower’s cabin edges need upkeep.

After a hiccup the first day at arrival, the front desk and Manager Lyon did a phenomenal job to make us happy. They made us feel very welcome and upgraded us to a seaview executive level room. We came here for the amazing pool but bc of an emergency repair it was closed for two days. We ended up extending to one more night. Had a chance to swim afterall. Although water was not heated, it was yet a great swim. Manager Lyon and all the team from the housekeeping, restaurant, gym everyone is very attentive, Service is excellent. Just one thing I would say they could improve is the Buffett food, the food is not hot enough. Everything is lukewarm except the soups. Overall had a good stay. Convenient location, you just literally walk to Macau from here.
