I had a lovely stay in this hotel with my family. I was especially impressed by the professional services by the staff.

A wonderful hotel thoughtfully designed for families and children, with plenty of charming details. The view of the nighttime fireworks is spectacular. Our kids had an amazing time! The hotel buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, and we had so much fun at the Ocean Kingdom. A big thank you to the friendly and attentive staff—especially 安然—for making our stay so enjoyable!

Room is clean and with a nice view. Food is good. The hotel shuttle bus made it convenient to transfer to and from the station to hotel. We loved our stay.

The check-in-process is very smooth and staff is very professional. The room is quite spacious, we have a queen bed and a small bed for my son. Our bed matress is comfortable but the kid bed is quite hard, is not really recommended unless you place the comforter on the mattress, then is comfortable enough to sleep in. The cleaniless is OK. We did not use the internet as we connect to the foreign website so we use our own mobile and act as a modem. We only ate at the Penguin restaurant. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Penguin restaurant. One of the meal - we paid ourselves, the food that hotel charge is not exactly cheap, BUT they have so much choices and taste pretty delicious. There are so many diners that it is amazing how the staff keep it running efficiently. The hotel is very near to the Ocean world, like walking distance 3 minutes and to go to the spaceship you need to take shuttle, but all is arranged conveniently for the customers. I am very happy with my choice of the trip and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is good except for the extremely busy time, the check in took a bit long

Hotel was really good but package provided at trip.com is not as good as package available on klook. Book on klook to save money

A memorable trip, 3 days 2 night hotel with tickets package is perfect!

The room is very spacious and clean and comfortable with enough pillows and free water.

Truly love this hotel . My son love the igloo in the room and the restaurant where we can dine and have penguins view. Bed is very comfortable too :)

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Even though so many visitors but everyone especially kids still enjoy. The room is good and got everything for kids. Breakfast are various but not so special. Dinner buffet is good. Staff are kind and very helpful. Parks are excellent.
