A clean and new hotel and situated conveniently 10mins away from Gongbei immigration check point and the Zhuhai Railway station. Bus AP1 from Macau Airport to Gongbei Immigration cost MOP6 takes 40mins. If you can catch AP1X from the same spot would be faster & for the same price. There are a lot of eateries for breakfast or tim sum options and the fruit stalls are just close by. This is my 2nd time staying and was greeted warmly by 爱姐 - it was like home coming! 王先生 also took the initiative to help us with the wifi access which is appreciated. We still smell cigarette smoke of guests smoking in the other rooms and along the corridor though - which is unfortunate.

Excellent location，clean room，complete facilities. Located just opposite to bus interchange station and underground plaza. Wet market and lots of eating stalls at the surrounding of hotel.

Very near to shopping street. Near to custom and underground shopping. Lots of nice food around.

Good location, opposite is Zhuhai GongBei huge underground shopping, around hotel have lots of shops & eatery We stay 29-31/12/24. 31/12/24 we check out hotel, Yun Xiang very helpful & a man at the counter write for me to show taxi driver 九洲港 for ferry to Hong Kong, sorry forgot to ask his name, thank both very helpful, I 💕 this hotel & it surrounding, will surely come back again with other friends. Some other staff need to upgrade your service. Lucky 31/12/24 have these 2 good service staff.

Except the hotel is close to Gongbei port, the management of the hotel is below my expectations. Cleanliness is the serious problem for this hotel, dead 🪳are everywhere, I think is because the hotel is close to wet market. I need to zip all my luggage to ensure no surprised guests travel along with me back to Malaysia. I have booked online for my 4 family members and the hotel room is supposed to be meant for 4 adults as advertised but turns out to be a super single bed which only can cater for 2 adults or 1 kid maximum. Hope Trip could improve in filtering the incorrect information provided by the hotel in due course. Save for the above, the bus station and distance between the hotel and Macau custom exit is a credit for the hotel.

This hotel is so nice. It is really comfortable and beautiful. I will book it again.

Hotal is new and location is best situated new Gongbei mall, cross over the road you walk straight in the biggest underground shopping and food street.

Room is clean with all the necessary amenities, eg, tooth brush,sandal it's is very near gong bei custom so, it's is very convenient to go to macau, overall I feel happy with the hotel

Compare with other hotels. It's not reach 3 stars hotel but the location is good. And the wifi makes trouble some

Clean room, friendly staffs, but no fridge facility

Location is superb. Just 5 mins walk from Gongbei customs. Lots of shops n restaurants. Next to bus terminal. Very convenient.

Could see cobwebs and cigarette butt marks on the floor, so cleanness is not the best. Other than that, location is great near Gong Bei port.
