When I look up and saw the air-conditioning duck, I almost fainted. It is just completely disgusting. I don’t understand how a five star hotel,or so they claim, does nothing about cleaning the air conditioning deck. I don’t know whether this is dust or this is mold, but in any event, it is disgusting and it may be contributing to my allergy in the room

We were surprised at how grand, beautiful and clean upon our entry into the lobby. The staff at the front desk was courteous and polite. Checking in was swift and simple. Our room exceeded our expectation, roomy , clean and nice. Very satisfied.

There should be better arrangement for non-smoking guests. Some smell of smoke probably from cigarettes can be felt in a non-smoking room.

Large clean room with nice bathroom. I cannot ask for more. Breakfast cost is on the steep side.

Very good service and lovely place

It is much better that I expect. I haven't thought that the hotel lobby is so grand. The cafe is also cosy as well as the quality of food. I would have no hesitation to recommend it to ohter travellers.

I have been to this hotel for many times on an average of thrice per month. On room and cleaningness, there has nothing to say! It also has free parking both outdoor and underground. However, I have two points to raise hoping that there would be improvement. I did leave a few words on the hotel webpage but there has no response! The first thing is that since my staying at the hotel, I will also book the breakfast. The menu has not changed since then and we face the same food for nearly two years! Since the replacement of the coffee machines, queue is formed awaiting for the coffee to come out because the speed is too slow as well as the volume is too little. Therefore, we have to press for a few times to have one cup of coffee. That's why the queue is formed. The second thing is the inhouse WIFI. I would say it was normal from time to time. Nonetheless, in recent month, I found the wifi is lagging and sometime, it has full signal but with no internet access! Even I was just doing some hotel related web service! Hope that the Hotel would look into it and do some improvement.

Room is nice and service is okay. Gym room is good, swimming pool is good but tennis court need more maintenance

Overall satisfy with this hotel except lighting inside the room is not make sense as this is no single switch on for the toilet.

Good for chinese wedding. Very good mattress but nothing to do around

Hotel is well located in town of Sanxiang where it is a 10 mins drive to couple of famous golf courses. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and full amenities. The services at front desk was very efficient and courteous. The cafe besides the lobby is a good place to get good quality coffee and cakes for relaxing moments, however not likely for breakfast since it opens at.10am only. There are a lot of local resturants, supermarket and fruits stalls around the block for ones enjoyment.
