Bed sheet was dirty . The clean lady should have changed the linen before another guests The room is large and neat.. comfortable to stay

Overall it was a good, except it needs more attention to the cleaning as i found a sticky table which they cleaned immediate after contacting the front desk. Also the bed is too soft for me, that maybe due to personal preferences.

Recently stayed in this hotel on a business trip and the experience was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge was warmly received and the front desk service Ken liang was thoughtful and subtle. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, quiet and undisturbed. All the facilities, all the details, all the little drinks. The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and responsive. Whether it is for business or leisure travel, it is highly recommended!

Special praise to Ken liang who checked me in at the front desk .He is excellent and friendly with efficient service greatly enhanced the stay experience.

Reception was very prompt and friendly. Assisted all our queries and request without hesitation. Room are clean and tidy. Breakfast was one of the best in Guzhen with the wide selection and variety of food choice. Definitely my 1st choice for stay in Guzhen/Zhongshan.

A satisfactory trip, the hotel is located close to the high-speed railway station, which is very convenient. I am particularly satisfied with the service provided by Kindy. Since I arrived early, I inquired about Kindy in advance, and she quickly arranged a quiet room for me after understanding my needs. I am very grateful and will choose this place again when I come back next time！

I believe this is the top rated hotel in Guzhen. Good location for someone come to visit the lighting fixture market. Breakfast is amazing.

they have definitely improved a lots on the service and the check in check out procedures.  some more in room facilities to make for the business traveller convenient need to bearded. breakfast spread is decent considering the rating and priceline at which they operate.

Amazing stay in Westin Guzhen, as expected from 5-stars Westin quality :) Everything was perfect, the lobby, the room, the dinning and the recreation, all the best quality. Building is very tall and impressive too, and it's located just next to the mall and train station. Every time we visit Guzhen we will stay in this model. Especially would like to mention hotel manager Zero who was very professional and highly helpful :)

Staff Raymond and Roy (intern) are very helpful. Night frontline staff is not S friendly as them though as when we asked for 2 pairs of chopsticks, he is kinda cold. Location is not the best for shopping street and Zhongshan tourist spots. Birthday arrangements are great!! Got cake and a cute doll!!
