設施：破舊 衞生：一般 環境：差 服務：特別差，從未住過如此糟糕的酒店，與其叫酒店不如叫賓館，第一環境太差，一進門廁所就有股異味湧出，整體住房環境太壓抑，第二服務意識太差，找客服退房不給退，協商換房等了近半個小時，處理方式不佳不夠人性，要不是旁邊沒什麼酒店我都不會訂，不會再有下次

衞生：很滿意 環境：很滿意 服務：很滿意 設施：對空調嚴重不滿意，空調噪音非常大！然後沒辦法調節温度，要麼冷**，要麼關掉或者其他吹風模式熱**！嚴重影響睡眠。大人床比較軟，小孩上下床都很好。真的除了這個鬼空調沒有其他毛病……建議酒店換個空調！如果這樣的空調真的下次也不會住的。

酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。酒店附近還有商場，位置優越，購物廣場等等，環境整體温馨幽靜，還有車庫免費停車場，房間衞生整潔，下次還來入住。

臨時換了個美拉德大床房，房間還挺不錯，輕奢風，乾淨衞生温馨，服務熱情，出行挺方便，就在大信對面，逛街吃飯過個馬路就到了，還有免費早餐吃，不錯不錯

011客服小姐姐服務非常好，熱情協助辦理入住，房間佈局合理，乾淨無異味，床品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快，很滿意的一次入住體驗，環境很好，自助辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，還幫免費延時退房，很不錯，很好的酒店，房間空間大，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，客服服務很好，有免費的停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦。直都住這家酒店，總體可以位置優越，對面是大潤發停車方便，周邊也很多吃的酒店設施也比較齊全，衞生也做的很好，這點很滿意，下次出差還會來[強][玫瑰]

酒店位置好，裝修很棒，是我喜歡的風格，附近繁華出行方便，枕頭都很舒適住在這裏感覺睡眠質量都好了，管家很熱情，處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境不錯，房間隔音效果好，房間乾淨，住着很安心！！

臨時換了個美拉德住，酒店的位置非常便利，周圍有許多商店和餐廳，出行和購物都非常方便。酒店附近也有公共交通站點，出行很方便。性價比也非常高，房間設施齊全，價格合理。服務態度也非常好，盧經理熱情周到，讓人感到很舒服。 我和男朋友真的是非常滿意！首先，房間佈置得非常有特色，温馨浪漫，讓人感到很放鬆和舒適。床上用品也很舒適，睡覺的時候特別舒服。其次，衞生方面做得非常認真，房間內外都乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味，讓人覺得很放心。而且酒店提供的各種設施和服務也非常貼心，讓我們感到賓至如歸。
