Nice hotel for a chilled get away and relaxation. Hotel manager and receptionist are friendly and nice people, very helpful. Ambiance and environmental friendly and I a peaceful neighborhood. You should visit this hotel anything you are in Zhengzhou

Good hotel, really nice stuff, everything was clean and not old. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. Good value for money.

This is not the Sheraton Hotel. The name might be confusing. In fact, it’s located inside a regular building. It was a bit hard to find—without the help of the locals, it would have been difficult. I found it fascinating to stay in a non-hotel building, as it allowed me to meet local people and feel more connected to them rather than being separated in a typical tourist setting. The staff member was a very kind and helpful lady—she was truly amazing and nice. The room was clean.

Booked the room without knowing it wasn't a proper hotel and was surprised to find it nestled in one of the blocks within a residential condo area. Had a bit of trouble locating and getting to the place but the check in and out was fuss free and the price point so affordable. The food stands below the block were great. Friendly people and good food. It was easy to get a taxi downstairs to the airport.

The place is very clean - apartment type. The staff is helpful. Also the location is quite nice - close to the popular places and close to the subway😌

The stay at this hotel was quite comfortable and near most of the things. And considering it’s quite cheap for the service they give, I think they deserve a full score 🥹.

Apartment located in a residential area (metro at 5 minutes walking distance), has several food stands, restaurants and convenience stores right under the building. The room is large and newly decorated, yet the price was super cheap. Only drawback: it might be tricky for a non Chinese speaking visitor to find the apartment, since the reception is at an intermediate floor of an anonymous residential building: be prepared to show the address written in chinese (provided by trip.com) to the local guardians.

Check in is on 13 th floor. If not for people help could have difficulty finding the place. Overall feeling is good.

Zhengzhou was a very beautiful city, their people were very nice and I enjoyed the food so much. The hotel was great with a good price.

The front desk lady and the owners are very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot while I was staying at their place. They are nice people.

This is definitely not THE Sheraton. Nonetheless room is spacious, all amenities are well provided. The entrance is at the 2nd block which is located just behind the main block. Get the room number from the address provided in your confirmation. Check in is smooth. If you are not literate in Chinese, just show them your booking number and be ready with some translation tool will do.

Nice apartment style room in a normal apartment building (not a normal hotel), room is big enough with couch and desk. Sadly no fridge or cooking in the normal room though. Service is great and also works if you only speak English via WeChat. Room and bed is clean and if you want you can get it cleaned daily. Free laundry is a nice bonus. There are a few convenience stores available directly in front of the building and many restaurants and metro reachable in a few minutes. Getting to many of the sightseeing spots in the city always takes a while though and you will often travel for around 40-60 min.

Good price with a clean room. 26th floor view was very nice. Washing machine is very helpful. Location is a little far from downtown or touristic places.
