Part of IHG group. Good location & excellent services, Have to check out late due to delayed flight. 刘若楠& 韩玮 organised for me without any hesitation. Their staff try their best to accommodate your needs from letting phone charger,umbrella and other things at all times. 朱文娟& 李唱唱 from the reception always greet you with a smile. Very patient & professional!

This was my 2nd time to stay here. As usual, friendly staff, clean and tidy room. Most important is the reasonable price. Great location in the middle of ZhenZhou. Nice breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and professional. They knew what to do and were well trained. They gave us water when we arrived because it was very hot outside. Harry and Criska help us! The hotel is at a good location near buses and subways. The rooms were clean and well maintained! The breakfast was good. I wish that it had a small selection of American foods because it is an American brand. However, in general it was good and decent food with big selection and decent coffee and tea! We would come back!

This is a very good hotel ,very comfortable room and bed.The bathroom has all washing facilities ,the room cleaner miss wang has good observation and care the clients .Breakfast is delicious ,including Chinese and Europe style. The reception three staffs is perfect， sincere and polite to customers ,李汶遙，劉若楠，劉昆，They are good cooperation team.They lookafter the client friendly and care.Especially 李汶遙 she treat customers very careful like a family junior .she is pretty and lovely in my mind.👍👍🌹🌹.I would come again. The window need to clean although she treated me in a higher flat .still good for watching far but not good for looking close .Maybe l am too picky ,this is another department job.

Last stay in this hotel for my trip. I have an awesome stay. The hospitality was great wit very friendly and helpful front desk 王铭洋. Appreciated all the hotel staff that attended me n give me a wonderful stay in zhengzhou henan China

Check in was very smooth and easy. Cici Ella on reception was fantastic and very friendly . One con is that the fitness room isn’t actually in the hotel .

Cici Michelle was helpful at the front desk and tried to communicate in English. The price is very affordable so any criticism is nit picking. Room was a touch cold and A/C didn’t heat up. Otherwise everything was fine.

Friendly and smiling staff, always ready to help in their happy face, hey are honest and indeed ready assists to meet the requests when we asked. This is really a place where makes us feel like at home.

We have been staying at this facility whenever we come to Zhengzhou to visit our friends and family. This time we noticed the facility was remodeled with upgraded bathroom. The breakfast is still as good as before with many varieties. The staff at the service desk is very friendly and courteous like they had been in the past. We will continue to be it’s loyal visitor for the future trips.

Enjoyed our 5 says holiday here. A perfect place to unwind with friends or family.
