Hotels should have non-smoking rooms. Everything is very ok, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the water flows strong, unfortunately there is no refrigerator.

The location of this hotel is a bit hard to go about the city , will need to walk around 20mins to the nearest train station, otherwise they upgraded our room when we reached around midnight time(plus point for the receptionist).. fast check in. A fairly old hotel to be honest, but the facilities condition are still acceptable. Had a good stay.

The hotel is definitely convenient if you looking for place close to Zhengzhou East railway station. Otherwise if you going to be in the city a bit longer, it’s a bit on the outskirts. Otherwise, ZZ is small so moving around is really easy. It was so clean, nice window view, the room was lovely and they cleaned my room for all the days I stayed there. It gave me such a peaceful stay. It’s so affordable and was very worth staying there.

The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is not too far away from a metro station. Overall I was very satisfied. Very good deal!

Good location n have few restaurants nearby, if u r going to take a train at Zhengzhou east railway station, it’s good choice to stop one night.

帶父母來鄭州入住東湖賓館，前台116號小美女主動熱情，幫我們升級了豪華房間，又特別貼心的幫老兩口兒挑選不臨街，晚間比較安靜不影響睡眠的房間，同時還給我們選了同一層的既可以照顧長者又可以看街景夜景的房間，真是太用心了。 房間整潔乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，品質上乘，床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠。早餐豐盛可口，營養搭配合理，4樓餐廳可以在平台上購買多種套餐，4個人的5菜一湯套餐性價比太高，吃不了根本吃不了😄😄賓館地理位置優越，免費停車場，附近吃喝玩樂一條龍，總的來説是一家性價比非常高的酒店，推薦來鄭州的朋友入住東湖賓館，超讚，再次感謝116號工作人員專業細緻，🈶責任心👍👍👍👍

除了酒店電梯有點老派，性價比很高，尤其是2米4的大床是亮點。樓下生活配套很方便，正門左前方30米一家烤魚涮菜相當有人氣和味道。

半夜12點到的 ，早上六點走的，因為就幾個小時選擇了個沒有星的。設施老舊，浴屏漏水，房頂防火噴淋漏水，滴濕半張床，空調不給力，外機特別響嗡嗡的。因為太晚太雷就懶得換了，結果5點不到熱醒了，一看房間停電了，打電話給前台派了個人，説話聽的不是特別懂（本地方言），大概意思工程部的還沒上班弄不了。哎打開手機電筒洗漱走人，這個罪召的啊。

酒店性比價還是挺高的，距離高鐵站很近。唯一缺點就是保潔阿姨大早晨七八點就開始大聲説話，打掃房間的聲音也很大，沒睡好。鄭州很好玩，滿城桂花香，黃河大鯉魚很好吃。

和同事出差，鄭州東站出站打車10分鐘左右到賓館，安頓好了去吃飯，飯店可選擇範圍不多。酒店走廊空間有點狹小。

老式酒店 設施老舊 隔音不好 但是離高鐵站比較近 還給報銷火車票10元 這個細節做的不錯 早餐一般 能將就吃 前台服務挺好

挺乾淨的，距離高鐵站也很近，性價比很高，打車也很方便。分開住了兩個晚上，感覺都很好。床很大，下次如果去鄭州還會住。
