連住，打掃衞生下午四點二十分！電視機播放斷斷續續，信號不段轉！停好車位和出口經常給車堵死無法進出！前台態度惡劣，打個發票，非要查房沒有掉失東西才能開具！超級差

和對象來湛江玩，入住樂芙·雅智能酒店（湛江國貿城市廣場店）體驗超棒！
衞生方面無可挑剔，房間一塵不染，床品乾淨柔軟，衞生間也沒有任何異味，住得超安心。
環境超讚，隔音效果好，晚上很安靜。周邊生活氣息濃，商場、小吃街都近，出行購物覓食都方便。
服務人員熱情又貼心，辦理入住快速，還主動介紹周邊好玩的。設施智能化超酷，燈光、窗簾語音就能控制，滿滿科技感，床也舒適，睡了好覺。
這次情侶出遊因為這家酒店更美好啦，下次來湛江還住這兒！

挺好的 輕奢風 全自動的 對於喜歡拍照的女生來説這個環境和衞生算是挺好的了 隔音也還不錯 還可以 （就是不知道為什麼廣東這邊的酒店都得收按金 瓶裝水也要收費的好像）

很一般，房間空調設計有問題，衹有門口温度能降下來，整個房間温度根本不能降下來，早上房間還莫名有一股下水道的臭味

服務基本沒有，房間地毯很臟，進房間就有很大的味道，有潔癖的慎選。位置很好，走哪都很方便，周邊吃的也很多，建議酒店把地毯撤了，實在太臟了。
