We were satisfied with our stay in this Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Zhangye.

The location of the hotel is great, easy accessible to food and stores. The room is newly renovated, good sound proof too.

It was a great hotel. I liked the Chinese style and super comfy bed. They had English movies as well on the TV. The room was so spacious especially the bathroom. They even had a bathtub! Enjoyed my stay here, would definitely book it again.

A big hotel with the good location, But we feel the hotel need to be renew for the room

The hotel staff was friendly, but there were some serious problems. To begin with, I got half my money returned to me after I checked in and was told that I have to pay the full price again. I was then told that the next day I would get the rest of the money returned. That did not happen. The next day I asked about it, and after about 20 minutes talking to the manager, I was told that they would call my room later. About 30 minutes after that, they called and said that it would be returned that night. As of writing this, I have checked out and am still waiting. I seriously wonder if someone at the hotel is trying to scam people. On top of all this, both nights I stayed at the hotel, the lights stopped working. The first night I asked and they said that there was an electrical short. Both times, the lights did not work until about 9am.

房間熱水一般，和服務員説過還是一般般！服務員還算熱情，老闆看得出是一個有藝術修養的文化人！搞了個博物館，自助餐一般般，辣的多！博物館值得看一下

酒店位置在市區，裝飾很有文化特色。離大佛寺等景區步行15分鐘。前台接待很熱情，提了升級的要求當場同意，第二天中午退房還延遲到兩點。早餐也有當地特色。值得推薦

金陽酒店其實是2019年就選好的（一眼相中），耽誤到今年才開啟甘肅之旅。攜程訂單還免費升級了房間，還有早餐。酒店裝修真的有張掖特色，三樓有個私人博物館這次沒有時間參觀，房間很大，服務也很好，每天還有酸奶。酒店位置真的超級好，離汽車站、高鐵站都很近，去景區很方便。張掖自由行推薦金陽酒店、濕地公園、平山湖大峽谷、曉英杏皮茶，每一個都是驚艷。

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，周邊配套設施齊全，超市，餐飲較近，距張掖西站打車起步價。酒店房間整潔乾淨，走廊裝飾別具一格，具有文化藝術特色，服務員熱情周到，特別是邵英服務員熱情體貼，噓寒問暖，給予五星好評，值得讚賞。

首先來説，酒店位置特別好，在市中心區，到哪裡都很方便，開車也有免費停車位。 酒店的佈置很有特色，有很多收藏品，像是個民間藝術博物館。 房間乾淨整潔，樓層也合適，安靜。居然還有凈水，也是滿有特色的。整體裝修風格偏老派酒店的味道。 前台服務不錯，有問題可以迅速幫助解決，也要感謝一下攜程幫對接早飯不小心漏定的問題。早飯還是比較豐富的，吃飽沒有問題。

大廳非常有張掖特色，酒店的中庭是博物館比較有特色。十一後來的價格便宜，床品夠軟舒適，酒店早餐味道比較滿意，離汽車站步行5分鐘去各個景區都方便。缺點是熱水不夠熱，10月份沒開空調也沒有浴霸，對南方小夥伴來説還是有點涼的。

河西走廊重鎮張掖，體驗感很好！酒店很有文化氛圍、各式絲綢之路的文玩陳列。值得一提的是酒店的早餐，蔬菜水果、當地特色、雜糧麪包、各式小炒，延續了老牌星級酒店的優秀管理模式，值得點贊！

酒店前台的小姐姐服務特別好 （王慧玲和王星星還有晚上入住的時候 蘭思思）熱情周到 ，是一家很高端的酒店，早餐體驗也很不錯
