Great hostel and great excursions. Spacious and clean rooms but toilets could be more clean (personnel was always trying to keep it clean so I think it was because of other guests). You can use the fridge and microwave for free, to that was a plus :). The staff were always available if we needed anything and always tried to help. They give you great local recommendations for food. I would come back for sure! See you!

The staff were super nice and friendly. The location is amazing—it’s easy to walk to all the famous spots and shopping malls. The only downside is that the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on… haha. But anyway, thanks for everything!

Great community and lots of activities

Amazing stay! Clean rooms, convenient location next to a lot of food options and the mall. Best of all was the option to book transport to the highlights via the hostel, which was very wel organized. Our favorite hostel in China so far. Would recommend staying here! Also really good value for money.

Seemed like a really nice hostel, but we used it as a stop off point, wish we could have stayed longer. The hostel was clean and the staff were very friendly!

Friendly hosts gave us advice about the local area, and made us feel very welcome. Nice atmosphere, and group tour options for visiting local sights like the Rainbow Mountains. We had a great stay!

Such a fantastic place to stay. In particular I want to mention the hospitality of the hosts. They were so kind and helpful and they were always available for questions. And they spoke good English, which was a big plus point for me. And by booking tours solo traveler can easily get in touch was other travelers. Zhangye and the hostel will remain in my memory.

The place is very nice and clean, there is a cool common area, the staff speaks English well and everyday they organise trips to scenic areas like Rainbow Mountains or canyon. The only downside are the matresses - they are very hard.

This place has the nostalgia of travelers back in the days. I was happy to see it all had it still. The owner is very kind and always welcoming.

Loved this hostel. They organize shared transport to all the major sites, have a friendly atmosphere, and very cheap laundry. And when I wasn’t feeling well, the owner of the hostel gave me some Chinese medicine. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing hostel! Host is super friendly and nice, and speaks English well. They organize tours to Pingshan and Danxia (as well as some other tours I did not go to). Hostel was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place.
