Maybe the best location for a hotel in thaiwoo. From the hotel you can go directly to the ski center for tickets and rentals just in front of the slopes. Rooms are very nice with a balcony.

The hotel is very close to Thaiwoo ski resort, and around 2 km from train station. The room is clean and staff is very nice!!

The hotel room was cosy and comfortable. It was winter time but doesn't feel cold. Central heating was turned on and the air condition was also working fine. The view of the outside scenery was very good indeed. Very comfortable stay.

The hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big. Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice. Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

We also enjoyed the spa at next door hotel 38c outside. Brekfast was ok. The karaoke in the lobbybar?! Help … move it to someweat els, we could not sit there!

The shuttle from the train station is a public bus. Will be good if hotel could provide hotel’s shuttle to n forth train station.

This place was amazing! Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!
