Super nice boss…. He help us to purchase the ticket with discounted price. He even brief us the route for the National Forest. There is a street of food right in front of the hotel, there are 2 halal food stall there (bbq). The hotel is just about 5min walk to the National Forest entrance.

Although the hotel is located near the Wulingyuan entrance, and the staff were friendly and helpful, we didn't enjoy our stay. We were upgraded to a room facing the street. Hence, it was noisy from 7 am to after 11 pm. The room was dusty, and the main door couldn't lock properly. The air-con was very noisy as well. Towards the last 2 days, there were no bath towels, and we had to ask for them.

The hotel has everything you need for your visit to Zhangjiajie Forest Park - it is located 3 minutes away from the entrance, the staff provides you with a map and very useful information about your visit and offers itinerary based on the length of your visit and your plans. They also offer discounted tickets for the park, in case you haven’t booked yours yet. Regarding the hotel, it offers beautiful and comfortable rooms. There are washing machines that you can use free of charge, which is very convenient if you are staying for few days.

The owner and his family were really lovely and very helpful in planning our trips to the park and booking tickets ! The hotel was cute, affordable and very close to the Wulingyuan entrance (about 5min from the bus parking lot that drives you in the moutain) so I really recommend it if you want a convenient location.

At first we went to the main building which I didnt pay attention that we got the C building. It is not far tho only 2 minutes walk. The room is not spacious but enough for us and our bags. The toilet is also not spacious but enough for having shower. Dont expect lift. U only got ladder but thats how it is. Just be sure to take your bag one by one. The 姐姐 of the hotel is sooo kind and asissting us greatly. She helped me with one of my baggages. The location is strategic. It is only 5 mins away from the tianzi area and 15 mins walk to the bus station where you can go to Grand Canyon. The 姐姐 will provide you with details of information about what can u do and how to do it for Grand Canyon and..make sure to not forget to watch Xangxi show. 姐姐 will also inform you what and how. The show is soo worth it. It has 2 shows. The 2nd will start when the 1st show is about to ended so make sure to secure ur seat. Overall it was a great experience.

In front of the gate for the park, like 2min walking. It’s really cheap so don’t expect a lot of amenities. You can use cleaning machine. It was a little cold but you have ac.

The bed is comfortable, the location is amazing with the national park being less than 10 minutes away by foot. There are a couple of street food vendors in front of the hotel and small grocery stores as well.

Stayed here for 3 nights for easy access. It is abt 4 mins to the east entrance. Baidu somehow put at an erroneous 10mins for some reason. There is a stretch of food close by. And also quite abit of other things to eat nearby. There are also a few foot spas in the area, which is really good for those with aching feet after a few days of walking. Do not patronise the nearest one to this location. Not really good and they will try to hard sell stuff. Room is clean and the aircon can change to hot. No lift in the building. Laundry available right outside the room. Shower is a hassle though. It goes from hot to cold and cold to hot. I tried for 3 days and it still defeats me. Overall a good stay for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The wooden room was absolutely beautiful—cozy, warm, and full of character. What really made my experience special was the owner’s hospitality. He went out of his way to help me purchase entrance tickets to Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmenshan, which made my trip completely stress-free and allowed me to enjoy my travels without any hassle. A special thanks also to his lovely sister—she was not only very pretty but also incredibly welcoming and kind. She gave me great advice on the best routes to explore both Zhangjiajie and Tianmenshan. I truly felt at home here. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

About three blocks from the Zhangjiajie East Gate entrance. Very helpful staff. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very near the entrance and near a night market. It can get noisy at night and at 7am. There is a washing machine and the hotel staff can get you tickets for the park at a slight discount.

Difficult to find in google maps, the general location is to find Tuniu Youth Hostel and the hotel is a block away; keep a picture from trip.com also. The east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Park is about 500 meters away . The hotel has three separate buildings. They are very basic but comfortable. Wifi worked fine and when the key card is removed, the electricity included the router are off. Plenty of restaurants nearby and at night the street is closed and there are plenty of stalls. Service was very good, I was helped with my bags since there’s no elevator. I got to use a washing machine for free.

Couldn’t be a better locations so close to the entrance of the park. Great service guided us through a 3 day route and sorted tickets at a slight discount using translation apps.

Amazing location right at the start of the park, with a very helpful and kind staff! I would stay here again.
