Zhangjiajie Huangting Hotel (Wujiayu Ticket Station, Wulingyuan Scenic Area, National Forest Park)

Great location and also the hotel offers discount for Zhangjiajie national park tickets. It is cheaper than buying at the gate.

I definitely won't be back. A positive point of the hotel is the location, it is very convenient, not only because Zhangjiajie Park is very close, but it is located in the middle between Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge Park. Very convenient. I went with a friend and they gave us a room that we hadn't asked for, I understand that they were renovating (one day we ran out of light) and that the room was more expensive than ours, but having a bathroom and shower with glass was very inconvenient, especially because it wasn't what we asked for and we were not a couple. None of the staff spoke English and they demanded that we speak Chinese, in my case I don't speak it, but my friend does. When he wasn't there they treated me badly just because I didn't speak Chinese, you can't have a hotel where you accept foreigners and don't speak English, especially in a tourist spot like Zhangjiajie. Once I asked for water at the front desk (I don't understand why we had to ask for it everyday) and they didn't understand, the word water is basic English. The day we arrived the room was not completely clean, there were ashes in the bathroom (we had asked for a non-smoking room), the room smelled of cigarettes and there was not even a pillow. The day the light went out we couldn't close the window, so we asked for help and they replied that it was because of the light since the room was all electric; In the afternoon when we came back from the excursion (and the light was back) the situation was the same, with the excuse that it was too late they put some scotch tape on the window and said they would fix it the next day. They never did and the day we left there window it was still like that. We had to have the air conditioning on all the time because of the cold. We have to say that a lady of the staff was very nice to us and even stopped us to give us the fruit, even though there was the problem of the language barrier, she was very kind and friendly with us.

Very nice hotel

這家酒店隔音很差勁，而且招待的大部分是旅行團客，晚上十點多還在走廊上大聲呼叫，也長時間刻然不關門，大聲交談。早上六點多我們又被無理敲門叫起床出門吵醒。我們連續住三晚，第二天早上已經向酒店前台反映，要求他們協調房客別那麽吵，或者安排我們入住安靜一些的樓層或房間，他們說沒別的更好房間，只說會跟導遊說。到第三天還是這樣。我們再向酒店前台反映，請他們協調房客別那麽吵，得到的回應就是如果我們不滿意就搬到別的酒店。住酒店就基本的要求就是能安靜休息吧！不是無理要求吧！奉勸散客千萬不要住這間酒店！

酒店離景區很近，步行即可到達。停車免費，我們定的三人間，房間就是兩人間加了一個床，不過被褥是真的很乾凈，衞生間、淋浴間分開的很好，窗户確實如評價所説關不上，不過對我們十月到這裏來説，到是沒啥影響，也沒有近蚊子和蟲子。周邊吃飯的非常多。

先説優點，地理位置優越，從張家界西站打車80元，打車到森林公園南門50元，步行到森林公園東門10分鐘，步行到大巴車站20分鐘。周邊早餐很多人均15元，正餐餐廳很多，推薦三下鍋，糯米酒，酒店旁邊就有一條小吃街。 缺點，也是一個特別大的漏洞，三層最邊上的房間樓道窗户是壞的鎖不上，房間的陽台門鎖不上，也就是説無論從酒店外還是樓道都能進入我的房間！！希望酒店重視。
