The hotel location is very convenient, close to the cable rope and bus station. The Owner is hospitable and always ready to help or give advice. He also upgraded a room which made our stay more pleasant and cozy. The room is clean with everything needed. Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay! Zhangjiajie is an amazing place worth visiting!

Family owned Guesthpusr 3rd floor of building with views.
Owners make this place , daughter speaks some english but no issue ascthey use translators.
Upgraded me to Mountain view room! Allowed me do laundry and when I fell asleep aftet long day they hung it up to dry and brought to me. I felt so embarrassed but they smiled no trouble.
I extended my stay as the best experience and they even came out to the road so i knew route to the Cable car even though it was raining.
.
Hot water , western toilet and AC/heat.
If I could give them bonus sore i would .

First and most important: very good value for money. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and offered help at all time. The room ist small, but has an AC, which is also needed in the summer. Everything was clean.

It's located in a very good location ,and it's very cost effective,and the staffs are really good . They are very helpful. It's very near to tiamen cable station and Centra bus station.

It was clean and the room is as the room is as in the pictures. They let me check in early and also the owner helped me and gave me his wechat in case of emergency.
I was disappointed about the terrace because you cant really see that much, and there were somo fungus in the bathroom courtain.

I really recommend this hotel because I really enjoyed it. The room is very clean and there are all the excellent services. The owner was very kind and very helpful, he even walked with me to show me where the bus stop for the national park was. He also gave me all the information to visit the places I was interested in. He has an excellent laundry and I really thank him for washing my clothes. The best hotel I found while traveling around China! I recommend it to everyone!

Room Was confortable ,luminous we sleep well with out noise the rooms are in a building close to local restaurants and small supermarkets about 15 minutes walking from cable ststion
