There is some mold in the bathroom, but it didn't was not tooo bad. Make sure to put on the anti mosquito device. It's close to the bus station so visiting the famous Avatar mountains is convenient.

The hotel location is very convenient, close to the cable rope and bus station. The Owner is hospitable and always ready to help or give advice. He also upgraded a room which made our stay more pleasant and cozy. The room is clean with everything needed. Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay! Zhangjiajie is an amazing place worth visiting!

Family owned Guesthpusr 3rd floor of building with views. Owners make this place , daughter speaks some english but no issue ascthey use translators. Upgraded me to Mountain view room! Allowed me do laundry and when I fell asleep aftet long day they hung it up to dry and brought to me. I felt so embarrassed but they smiled no trouble. I extended my stay as the best experience and they even came out to the road so i knew route to the Cable car even though it was raining. . Hot water , western toilet and AC/heat. If I could give them bonus sore i would .

Excellent accommodation We stayed in a mountain facing room. The room was good enough for a couple. Tianmen mountain was a 10 min walk Bus station to railway was also nearby. Spotless bright room. Food and convienence stores were also nearby. Our stay was more comfortable as the Manager was very helpful and courteous

Only good things to say: great value for money，clean, well located and the bed was super comfortable! The man who works in the reception helped me to get cheaper tickets to Tianmen and let me leave my luggage there during my day trip. If you are looking for a place to stay close to Tianmen mountain, don't need to look further!
