Superb experience - staff were friendly and helpful! Check-in and out process were also simple and efficient, with thoughtful amenities provided upon checkin. Stayed on day of dongzhi and dumplings were provided, extremely heartwarming. Room also felt very cosy and all amenities were in great condition! Located walking distance to one of the must-visit spots in zhangjiajie and great eateries right downstairs as well.

We had a comfortable stay here. The location is very convenient for doing Tianmen Shan. There are ample restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk service was very helpful to advise the route and things to do.

Great hotel if you want to visit Tianmen Mountain. The views are incredible, it is definitely worth a visit! Very helpful hotel staff.

Great location, hotel room located on the 13th floor of a building, across the tianmen line A cable car entrance. Excellent quality room, helpful staff. Lots of places around to eat. Great price for what we got. Our room had a nice view of the tianmen cable car, and we only paid $60 AUD per night. Staff contacted us a day before to arrange for a pick up, however we weren't able to use their service. Staff gave us welcome snacks upon our arrival. Overall a great option when visiting the Tianmen mountain!

They offered 1 way pick up from train station to the hotel. The staff was helpful and very accomodative. Location was perfect! Right in front of the Tianmen Cable Car and there were few halal restaurants nearby. The room was amazing and i love the bed.

Very friendly reception & was allowed to check in early. Nice decor & room was spacious & comfortable. Given many small freebies. Best of all it's in superb location - very near to the cable car station. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is very good, right next to cable car station. Room is clean & comfy, friendly & helpful front desk. But aircon is weak, not cold. Room is a bit stuffy.

We enjoyed our stay so much with another couple friends! The hotel provided free pick up service from high speed rail station so that was the first good impression . Room was spacious, beautiful decorated and clean. It is located at a perfect location (behind the Tianmenshan cable car station, restaurants, shops around) . The staff was super friendly , warmth and welcoming . Especially Ms Xiong 熊管家. We came back to stay for another night and arrived very early so she kept a look out for any empty room available so we could check in early .

We have stayed for 3 nights in the Mansion Inn whilst exploring Zhangjiajie. It has a good location close to the cableway (main) to the Tianmen Mointain, 15 min by car from Zhangjiajie West railway station. We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the receptionist still managed to organise a room for us. There are some works around the cableway at the moment but I used earplugs that the hotel kindly provided in a welcome bag.

I loved my stay at the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the cableway station, the city, and the beautiful mountains lining the skyline. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the room was filled with adorable, thoughtful, and fun touches . From yummy snacks to high-quality skincare products, every detail was designed to make guests feel pampered and at home. The staff were so sweet and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, even allowing me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore Tianmen Mountain. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion enough. The combination of comfort, ideal location, exceptional service, and great value makes this hotel a great pick.

The hotel room itself was very nice and clean. The receptionist was very sweet and hospitable. They set aside time to guide me through the route for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and The Tianmenshan Mountain as well. I would love to stay here again for future visits 😊

Very near to cable car to tianmen attaction. Many food options around. Clean room. But wall is a little too thin. Overall a pleasant stay.

Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊
