We had a fantastic experience at this guesthouse. From the very beginning to the last minute of our stay, Ichen was friendly, professional, flexible and extremely efficient to answer all our needs. She also provided us with very useful advice to organise our trip to Zhangjiajie. I would like to sincerely thank her for all this valuable help ! The room was very clean, nicely designed and comfortable. The mastress was qualitative and the view on the city gorgeous! There is also an awesome local restaurant just next to the hotel with delicious Lanzhou cuisine. And many other options...

The pictures are just like the pictures, clean and modern. The hotel is in a nice location with shops all around it. And just a 5 minute walk to the central railway and busstation. Easy to go to tianmen mountain from here. Service was really good and they cleaned our room everyday. There's a good working TV, washing room, kitchen, fridge, shower amenities and staff even helped me make my ramen 😂. Overall just 10/10, realllyy nice place to stay, recommended!! (Dont forget to visit the 72 towers night show nearby!)

The room is huge, clean, and cute. Superb! Close to the tiananmen cableway station. Close to the Zhangjiajie Railway Station. Very recommend!

Everything was amazing. The cleanness was on point and all services were as given in description. The most amazing part was Dandan! She provided excellent service and helped with all our problems. I am recommending the hotel with both hands and next time I am in the city I will go again to A-Cen Guesthouse!

The location is quite convenient with lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel is very clean, tidy and quiet. The staff is very helpful and can help you purchase tickets to the tourist attractions at a discounted price.

Place is exactly as the display picture. Lots of nice food up and down the streets, good location for solo travellers.

Perfect hotel, 9th floor of the big building, elevator on the side, name a bit different on the board for english visitors. Very good and clean

Loved our stay here! The receptionist was so friendly and accomodating! She helped us itinerary plan how to explore zhangjiajie and gave really great recommendations for food and things to do. She also helped us to book tickets for all the experiences

Though the hotel is 2-srar but the room and cleanliness is equivalent to 4-star hotel. it in at downtown very near to amenities and many restaurants nearby. I will come back again.

We arrived early, after night train journey. Our room wasn't ready yet but the lovely lady from reception upgraded us to a different one, so we didn't have to wait 🙂 The room was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed to rest after a long journey. The bed was big and comfortable. We also bought the tickets for Tianmen mountain through the reception with a small discount. Very happy with the hotel. We would be back and easily can recommend it to everyone 🙂

Very clean. Good price. Nice location. The hotel is near the cable car station to TienMen.
