The hotel is located in Jinzuo, Nancheng, Yingbin Road, Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City (opposite Tianmen Mountain Cableway), in the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station business district, adjacent to Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station and on the banks of the Lishui River. [Airport Transportation Route] Airport Bus: Take bus No. 4 (towards the high-speed railway station) from Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport to Wuling Mountain Zhenguan, and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. The journey takes about 10 minutes. [Shopping in surrounding malls] 10 minutes by taxi from Zhongshang Plaza/BuBuGao Plaza/Pedestrian Street. [Surrounding food, drink, and entertainment] It is a 10 minute taxi ride from Zhongshang Square Food City, and there are local Hunan restaurants (bowl dishes from Zhaizi) nearby. From the nearby scenic spots and historical sites, go to the ticket checkpoint of Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan Suo Station. Turn left after leaving the hotel and walk for 5 minutes to get there. Turn right at the hotel entrance and there is a direct bus line to Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. It takes about 50 minutes to get there (the National Forest Park scenic spot ticket is valid for 4 days). The starting price for a taxi to reach the Tujia Culture Park scenic area is within reach. [Transportation Hub Route] Zhangjiajie Bus Station/Train Station Hotel Exit, turn right and walk for 3 minutes directly.

Very clean and neat and spacious hotel.
Is in the heart of the city and going to the cable car entrance is very near.

Exceptional stay with unique touches!
From the moment we stepped into the lobby—greeted by a calming, spa-like scent—we knew this hotel was something special. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the receptionists were warm, friendly, and eager to help, despite some minor language barriers.
Our room was incredibly spacious, featuring two beds, a large TV, and a stunning view of the longest cable car line on Tianmen Mountain. The bathroom stood out as well, with a warm seated toilet, automatic flushing, and generous space—adding to the comfort.
One of the most delightful surprises was the robot that delivered food and beverages to our room, adding a fun and futuristic touch to our stay.
Another big plus: the Tianmen Mountain entrance is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel—super convenient for sightseeing. Even there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel.
Overall, a truly memorable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

It’s a nice place, but most of the staff don’t speak English. Since this is a tourist city, it would be helpful if more staff could communicate in English.

Again, the JI hotel receptionist are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They are willing to help on my travel modification. The rooms are clean and spacious.

This hotel is really amazing with good location, clean & new, and also reception is really helpful and professional.
The room is really wide and new, the vibe is really well.
The breakfast is very good taste with several menu.
This hotel is the best ever I stay in China.
