Love love love this place! Great large comfortable room , delicious breakfast , and most important amazing staff . They are so professional and welcoming! it was truly a pleasure to stay here. A taxi to zhangjiajie park is 6 yuan if you do not wish to walk after a long day at the park. There is plenty of street food and also foot massages around the corner . Definitely a perfect choice for a visit to zhangjiajie.

Very nice, clean, and cozy hotel, amazing and helpfull staff. They can buy tickets for the park for you and give you good advice for the visit. There are free unlimited bottles of water, which I highly appreciate. The breakfast is great.

They help you book tickets, and explain all the routes! A lot of foreigners in the inn also.

This is not the fanciest hotel, it’s a nice, simple boutique hotel in a great location. The service provided by the staff is amazing. I’ve stayed here twice and both times, I can only give the staff praise. They remembered me after 5 years. They helped us plan all our excursions in detail. They helped us book tickets through local apps and made sure we knew how to make the best of our tickets. They gave us advice and guidance. They sent us locations for restaurants. They helped with a driver that tried to overcharge us. They helped us via WeChat when we were a little lost at the Grand Canyon. When you come back from a long, hot day of hiking they ask you how your day was, banter with you and give you cold water and freshly cut watermelon. Every time you walk past reception they are doing something like this for a guest. If I ever come back to Wulingyuan for a third time, I will definitely stay here, again!

It's been a marvellous 4-night stay that we extended another nifht. Receptionist xiao lee is very helpful and approachable to advise us on the itinery at zhangjiajie national forest and the grand canyon. He helpedbua with booking of the tickets and was very honest to return us a refund when he realised that my husband could get a greater diacount at age 65. The breakfast was good and auntie cooked very well. The place is very clean and the rooms neat and spacious. It is also a 15min walk to the national forest.

The manager speak english. Great large  clean comfortable  room . The location was fantastic, just a minutes walk down from the main street.

I stayed here for 4 nights in December 2024.  The location was fantastic, just a minutes walk down from the main street and about 20 minute walk to the main entrance to the park.  Easy!  My room was faultless, it contained everything I needed, was clean, and had a great bed.  The use of the washing machine was so helpful, especially after travelling for a couple of weeks.   Breakfasts were basic but nice, enough to fill you up for the day.  Even though the manager didn't speak much english, he had a great little translater that worked a treat,  he was always there to help and guided me to where and what I should see and do.  Very nice man!   Highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Staff speaks english + very responsive and helpful. Location was not bad, as it is about 20+ minutes walk to the east gate entrance. To take Didi, u hv to go to the main street, most dont want to pick-up at hotel as it is situated indide small alleys. Wifi in the room was bad, only good intermittently. Dryer was never fixed or replaced despite reminders. More importantly, hotel has to improve on room make-up services, below standard

Yinian Siji Hotel is a wonderful hotel in Wulingyuan. My room was very nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The breakfast served was excellent and included in the price of the room. The hotel is located within walking distance from the entrance of Wulingyuan Park and is very close to a river than runs through town and is beautiful to walk along to. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. I stayed there for 4 nights and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting the park. Great value for money.

Overall amazing customer service. They go above and beyond when helping you to make the most of your time in Zhangjiajie. Very knowledgeable in planning an itinerary for us. The place was a little older and run down. But the staff made the place much warmer and friendlier. They also spoke English quite well and they were able to communicate well with a dedicated translation device.

The staff are very helpful and patient while giving very good recommendations and making bookings of the attractions for us. The room is clean and comfortable. There are free water and breakfast. Location is convenient too. Highly recommend everyone to stay there!

Host is awesome! He provided lots of valuable knowledge about each attraction in Zhangjiajie and recommended the best routes to take. He helped with booking of our tickets to all the attractions and was very prompt in responding to our requests. The room was huge and all amenities were provided. Very valuable for money. We even got complimentary breakfast offered by the great host. Thank you! Location is great with lots of food options surrounding the hotel.
