Really nice and spacious apartment. Staffs are attentives, friendly and patients, they explained and suggested tours diarly. Helped us so much with transfer from train station and early Check-in.

這次出行能訂到這家民宿，簡直是非常棒，房間佈置温馨又雅緻，細節拉滿，一進門就好感爆棚。床鋪軟乎乎的，超舒服，感覺一天的疲憊都被治癒了。還有100寸的大投影，晚上回來躺床上看着電影簡直不要太爽了，老闆熱情好客，不僅分享了超多本地小眾景點和美食攻略，還幫忙規劃行程。民宿位置也超棒，出行方便，周邊景色宜人。住在這裏，就像在家一樣自在。真心推薦給每一位打算出遊的朋友，來了指定不後悔！

這次和朋友旅行我們是對比了很多家，最終決定選擇了這家民宿！事實證明，這是一次很愉快的旅行，沒有讓我們失望！從訂房開始名宿就有人聯繫了我們，互留聯繫方式，告知我們有任何不明白的都可以隨時聯繫他們！我們帶着激動的心情終於來到了美麗的張家界，我們是下午到店的，到店後管家是非常熱情的接待我們，不僅免費送給我們景點地圖，還非常耐心的為我們規劃路線，並且還在地圖上給我們做詳細的標註，真的超nice！客棧的位置緊挨着溪步街，晚上還可以逛一逛，所以周邊吃飯逛街買東西是非常的方便！房間的衞生也挺乾淨的，晚上也挺安靜睡的也很舒服！這是一家很放心的客棧，如果以後帶家人來玩我一定還會選擇他家的～

看了很多好評來的，結果不盡人意，先説設施：馬桶的坐墊很臟而且洗不掉，而且已經不固定了，廁所裏總是有一股臭味。花灑也已經老舊，會一直往下滑。卧室的門把手也是掉下來了。後面這兩點當時都沒有反饋，因為覺得湊合湊合也能住，然後最後一天馬桶不能沖水了，林林總總這麼多事決定還是寫一下。中途還停了一次水，這個倒也不是酒店的問題。 再説説很多人好評的服務：第一個就是幫忙規劃行程，我們當時回覆的是能不能幫忙規劃在武陵源遊玩好幾天的路線，然後就收到了個人感覺比較敷衍的回覆，沒有對比就沒有傷害，我一開始還以為大家都是這樣，直到看到別人的規劃具體到分鐘……而且店家也是有努力推薦千古情，大家懂得都懂。其他的比如語音講解卡，地圖啦也是要了才有，別人説的冰糕也是沒看到，後來商家才進了一批貨。有些人説的幫忙送到東門也是完全沒有。以上這些我也知道店家不是必須要做的，衹不過知道別人有的服務到了自己這裏就這麼敷衍心理肯定不得勁。還有一次性浴缸套，當時反覆確認是有的，結果到了第一天就説衹剩下兩個了，第二天翻箱倒櫃拿出來一個袋子臟的擦了擦給我了，然後就再也沒有了，住四個晚上都不進新的，真的給人一種暑假已經賺夠了最後不想營業的感覺。 衞生：別的服務就不説了，想要每天衞生打掃是必須每天到前台要求的，十一點多就説説的晚了阿姨可能就走了……一次性用品比如浴巾紙巾水馬桶墊這些是得自己提上去的……第一天去的時候洗髮水還是空的。這些服務是總應該保障的了吧？ 最後最後，別説不好為什麼要住四天，我們第一天徒步下山累的要死，哪還有力氣中途換房子。

住宿：環境挺好的，也是自己喜歡的裝修風格，這邊距離幾個景區都很近，晚上🌃還去看了千古情。 服務：不僅有人為我們提行李，接待我們停車，停車是免費的！一對一的小管家服務，很不錯，有任何事情都可以跟小方哥小劉姐説。 風景：張家界森林公園的風景當真不錯！
