Placeringen er god, meget tæt på Tianmen Mountain billet/kabelbane station. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme.

The people at the hotel welcomed us very well and were very nice. The room was cozy, clean, well located and good price. You can walk to the entrance of the big cable car up the mountain to Tianmen and there are shops nearby: restaurants, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, small markets, fruit and vegetable shops, chinese massage, hairdresser.

The staff weren't able to speak English, but with the help of translation apps, everything was fine, and she was very friendly. It's located a 3 minute walk away from the Tianman Mountain Cablecar and also very close to the train and bus station. There are some good restaurants nearby, photos attached. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked well. One small thing is that the toilet is a little too close to the wall/window for someone who is a little bigger. If I was ever going to stay in the area again, I'd stay here.

The Boutique Inn is very nicely decorated. We were warmly welcomed, received a room upgrade for free and got help everyday for everything we needed (activities, maps, translation and free water). The Tianmen Mountain is super closeby and you can take a bus to the national park. Thank you for having us and being so kind to us!!

This hotel was recommended by a friend because it's located just next to the main gate to Tian men mountain. We were not disappointed as the room was very clean, spacious, very affordable, moreover the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The aerea around the hotel is great: very traditional and authentic neighborhood with lots of interesting places to eat and take pictures.

Great stay with excellent service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful with everything I needed. The room was spotless, had all the essentials, including heating, and they even provided complimentary water upon arrival. The bathroom was clean, with fresh towels and shampoo provided. The location is perfect—close to everything, including the bus station. Highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenience!

The woman at the desk was super super helpful. She gave us a free room upgrade too. She even helped us get student discounts on the expensive tickets and other advice and recommendations. I recommend getting wechat if you don’t speak fluent Chinese, so she can just message you and you use the translate function. The rooms are cute and clean and have a very cozy vibe.

Awesome homestay like a budget boutique hotel. Hosts who were mom and daughter were extremely nice. I felt quite at home even thou i only stayed for a night. Washing machine to be shared was provided. Balcony outside to hang clothes too. Opp of cable car station by a road away. Some restaurants downstairs. I would stay here again.

I highly recommend this accommodation. First off, the location is great. It is just a few minutes away on foot from the Tianmen cable station and the Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. There are also many restaurants and stores near the place which are all at cheap or reasonable prices. In terms of the room, what you see on the photos posted on the app is what you get. No pretensions. The room is more than enough for me — it’s very tidy, beddings are fresh, toilet is clean and spacious, and the aircon is working perfectly well (aircon seems new). But what’s best about this place are the owners. They are very accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful. They booked everything for me at good discounts - the Zhangjiajie National Forest, the Tianmen Mountain, and the Fox Fairy Show. They also cooked delicious dinner for us, upon our request, even though they don’t really sell food for their guests. Overall, my experience was great! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I’m very lucky I got to stay here. Will definitely stay here again next time I go back to ZJJ!

Nice room, nice location, the service from the front desk was amazing. Unfortunately my heater didn’t work, even tho the remote was set to “heating” it didn’t heat. Room was very cold and I had to put on a lot of layers
