I got upgraded to a super large room with a bathtub!!! Its huge and its super clean! The shower is also very powerful which is so much different from the hotel in Guangzhou. Service is what I would say homely, we are allowed to just take whatever amenities we need, including water.

It's a very convenient location and beautiful room. Super clean and well equipped. The service and personal attention that I received from the host was outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was amazingly friendly and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Truly excellent service. I would definitely stay here again 😍

I booked this hotel randomly, but I didn’t expect this much hospitality, front desk people’s are so polite & friendly , even they recommended some traditional Chinese tea to us👌, the room is tidy & spacious , location is very near to the Tianmen mountain scenic area.⛰️

We had a very good stay at this hotel The host were very helpfull and available, they helped us when we had troubles with transports and to book tickets for Zhangjiajie’s activities The room was clean and large We sometimes heard trains or airplanes at night, but otherwise it was quiet

I got a free room upgraded, a really nice room with plenty of space. The staff is very informative and helpful. Book the tours with them it is a bit cheaper!

We only stayed one night. Upon arrival, the lady welcomed us nicely, gave us clean towels and oranges to snack on. the room was very spacious and clean. It has a squat toilet. We were also provided with toothbrushes with toothpaste, shower gel and hair comb, and of course slippers and flip flops for the bathroom. The room had a view of the gondola.

I liked the hotel very much. The location is comfortable , the staff is very friendly, they will help you always and at any time! The room is clean, there is everything you need.

We had an amazing experience at this accommodation. It is very close to the Tianmen Cable Car and the National Park to see the Avatar Mountains. Do not hesitate to stay, the hostess made us feel at home (Spain) and helped us with everything necessary to have a magnificent experience. She is amazing! Thank you for everything!

The hotel is clean and located in a good place. 5 minutes walk to the bus station to National Forest Park, 12 minutes walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, and 15 minutes to the airport by taxi. The managers, young man, and beautiful lady are very friendly and helpful. If you don’t know where to go, they help plan for you. They answer your questions immediately through Wechat and help you with anything you need. They helped me with buying tickets, taking taxis, ordering food, and planning to visit different stations in visiting places. Overall, I had a good experience staying in this hotel.

The service was great, they were very helpful and helped us with booking our trips. If we had any questions, they were available within seconds via WeChat and replacing the utensils in the room was also no problem. I felt very comfortable and would book there again. 😊

It was great!! 10/10 would recommend if you want something cheap and central!!
