Excellent hotel conveniently located between the cableway station and the train station. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel for the day whilst exploring the mountain and catching our train in the evening.

We had a very bad experience. The room had a terrible smell and it looked like hadn't been cleaned at all. We complained to reception and asked for a different room. The staff was quite rude and said they didn't have any room available eventhough we had previously checked online and we could clearly see they had many rooms available. The smell from the sewer and tobacco got so bad we actually had to leave to another hotel. We have stayed in many hotels in China and we are not fussy but this particular hotel was unbearable.

The hotel is opposite the train station, only 10 minutes walking to the Tianmen mountain entrance. The room was spacious and pretty clean. The batroom and the shower could do with some improvements. The staff doesn't speak English.

The hotel is a good option for budget travelers looking for a convenient location to stay in as it's just across the road from the Zhangjiajie Railway Station (not to be confused with the Zhangjiajie West Railway Station), Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station (which will have busses that take you to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, etc.), and is within walking distance to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. The downside is you get what you pay for, and while the room overall was tidy, there was a slight odor in my room that never went away, my shower doors seemed to be broken and couldn't close completely, and I had the misfortune of seeing a small cockroach in my room as I was packing up to check out. All in all, I liked the hotel for the convenience of its location and relatively low price, but felt the room could've been better maintained for an overall better stay.

We stayed one night. Easy check in late at night. Room at everything we needed.

Good service. The lady at the front desk was helpful with national forest park information. The only downside was the disposal towels.

This hotel is in a strategic position in Zhangjiajie. Just opposite of the train station, it is easy reach from the airport. Plus, it is just 10 minutes walking from the cableway station to get to the Tianmen Mountain. We got a warm welcoming in there. Despite being in the very centre of the city, the surroundings are really quite. We had a really good rest in our room, which was wide and silent enough.

The hotel is correct. They do not speak English, but with the translator communication is ok. WIFI was weak.
