Zhangjiajie Wangyun Juzhusu (National Forest Park Sign Store)

Very nice place! Location is close to the park entrance, staff is very friendly and helpful, they take care about tickets to attractions and recommend the best routs. There is a welcome treat and a good doggo🥰

Highly recommend this homestay in Zhangjiajie near the National Forest Park. I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was fantastic. The room was very clean (up to Western standards) and spacious. The hosts, especially Li Yan, was phenomenal in providing us direction and tips for activities. She explained the details of Wulingyuan park and Tianmen mountain so well and answered all our questions and even booked all our tickets for us! She even helped us with our other activities after our stay ended. It felt like we were a part of their family during our short stay. The location of this is conveniently a 15-20 minute walk to the East Entrance of the park, or a very short and cheap DiDi ride. It’s across from the Charming Xiangxi performance venue. Despite the bustling street and noises, this place is sound proofed very well. Amenities include: delicious breakfast, fresh fruits throughout the day, dessert at night and itinerary/travel services, free laundry, Charming Xiangxi ticket discount, and a cute, friendly dog to pet and a cat

We were so impressed with the hotel (and the dog and the cat!). The property has a modern cosy design and seem super new. The bed was so comfy. Location is just 10 mins on foot to the ZJJ national park entrance. The staff were friendly and keen to help. Their welcoming snacks were a nice touch. The breakfast was basic but accommodating for foreigners. I had this spicy noodles every morning when I was there. The staff at the breakfast room also really kind and nice. We’d recommend this hotel!

An excellent accommodation choice with great service. The room is tastefully designed, clean and beautiful. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location and you can see the mountains from the room itself. It is just opposite the 魅力湘西 performance site and has many restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely and will recommend this to couples and families visiting 张家界！

The best accommodation experience we had in Changsha-Zhangjiajie! Before travel date, they reached out to me to offer their assistance. They were extremely helpful in curating the best itinerary and answering my questions. I sought their help to book the attraction tickets although I can do it myself online, I felt assured that they would assist if I were to encounter any issues. Pick up from high speed rail station was promptly arranged a day before arrival and Xiaowu was patient even though we faced unexpected delay. Tang Jing, our housekeeper was knowledgeable, proactive and always ready to help. Everyone was friendly and hospitable. Coming back to Wangyun after a day of activity is like returning to the warmth of home. Fruits and refreshments were served daily and they would always offer you the region’s famous berry tea. The room is beautifully decorated with rustic Chinese furniture with a touch of zen. It came with all the creature comforts including smart home device to make everything even easier like controlling the lights, aircon, curtains, tv and play music of your choice. It’s clean and spacious. Common areas have many nice touches to make it cozier. There are two dogs which are extremely well behaved. They even have live singing at night which you can enjoy with drinks at the patio. We could hear nothing from the room so it’s not a cause for concern. The location is very convenient with the East gate less than 5 minutes ride and within walking distance. The bustling town for dining and shopping can also be reached on foot. This was the best experience we had across our China trip. The service is truly top tier. We had freshly made breakfast sent to our room every morning. The staff helped us with laundry and even helped plan our Forest park hikes! The room was beautiful and only 900m from the forest park entrance. Convenience stores right downstairs with great snacks. And the jacuzzi was the cherry on top. A cute garden in the back which was perfect to sit out late at night with a drink. Thank you for the experience
