We love this hotel, host is very energetic and smiley guy. She really need to help and advice a good thing around this area. Overall, this is a cosy place for us. We really recommend you to stay.

Nice place but not for ppl with big heavy luggages because the car can’t drive in and you have to drag in quite a few minutes Overall great location near the attractions Girl at the reception was very helpful and nice walking us through the whole Tianmenshan routes

Well located near the Tianmen Mountain cable way and it makes it convenient place for tourists. Room is cozy and clean. Owner of the hotel is really friendly and helpful. She speaks good english and provided detailed information about main attractions and tips on how to go around. She got us 4-day discounted tickets for Zhangjiajie Forest Park and explained how to explore the park to get the best out of it. Even after checking out from the hotel she helped us to book tickets to Tianmen Mountain and allowed us to keep our luggages in the hotel. I highly recommend this place to tourists.

We only stayed here for one night but it was very comfortable and incredible value. One of the few places we stayed where the host spoke English which helped us to plan our visit to Tianmen mountain. Located close to the cable car and nearby lots of restaurants

It was so easy to stay in this homestay. Very close to the cable car to Tianmen Mountain and the central bus station (where you can take a local bus to the national park). Very typical Chinese neighbourhood when you have many food and grocery options. Plus the owner speaks very well English and is able to help you out for every things you want to visit. Her tips did make my staying in Zhangjiajie easier.

Very convenient location near the cable cars to TianMen mountains. It is also in a quiet street will all conveniences nearby. Rooms clean and comfortable enough.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! This one of the best experiences I have ever had. Extremely friendly lady at the front desk, explained me all the routes for the hiking and sightseeing around. Explained everything about the local tea as well. Helped with some stuff when i have been outside the hotel and could not do it immidiately. Rooms are small, but for me as a solo traveller it has been more than enough. They are clean, bathroom is nice, there is a kettle, AC and mosquito repellant. Very nice location to go to Tianmen. Only positive experience!

Great location for the Tianmen Cableway, with lots of food choices nearby. Comfortable bed, good air con and all necessary facilities. Friendly, helpful lady who speaks English. Was a little difficult to find amongst the alleyways with no English sign. Very good value for money.

Incredible place to stay! The staff is beyond amazing; they help me in all my issues with the best attitude. I have been traveling Asia 12 months and stayed in more than 150 hotel/hostels and this is the best one in one year because the quality of service and location. Great location to visit Tianmen Mountain - it's a very short walk from the cable car. The person at reception was really helpful, gave us a map, and explained the routes for visiting Tianmen Mountain. The room was quite small, so laying out a suitcase was difficult, and the bathroom was a wet room. When I had a shower at 5:45 AM, the water was totally freezing cold, but seemed to warm up at 6 (too late for me!)

The most important thing is the girl at the front desk can speak English very well. She helped me plan the whole route at the mountain. They also have a specialized tea from Zhangjiajie and you should try it, it has unique taste. The room itself was okay with clean bathroom not noisy at all and it was spacious for one person But the guest with big luggage should be considered as most of the hotel on this area don't have elevator Enjoyed the 2 night stay with the hotel and would recommend it

Super nice people and first time to find someone on Chinese hotel who speaks English very well i highly recommend it Pov it’s better to buy the mountain tickets from them it’s much cheaper and they will tell you everything about the trip 🙏🏼

This was among the best hotel stays in China as the hosts were incredibly friendly, English-speaking people. Thanks to the owner, I was able to find my way to Wulingyuan Scenic Area without an expensive tour guide. Besides, I took the cable car up to Tianmen mountain which is conveniently located a few minutes by walking from the hotel. She also recommended some restaurants to me which had exquisite Chinese/Hunan food and whenever I stay in Zhangjiajie, I will ALWAYS stay with them and I recommend you to do so, too. :)
