The location is very convenient - close to the cable car and close to many local restaurants. There’s also direct bus line to the airport just minutes away.

Good for a short stay, very near the cableway.

We really liked the location. There was a mixup with the pickup. And we ended up taking a taxi. It is better to arrange going there by yourself. The mattresses were hard but the pillows were great and we all slept well. There is no elevator so staying on the 4th floor can be difficult if you forgot things or have problems in your room. The person at the reception was not very helpful and hard to find. The reception was very smocky and not very welcoming. One thing we really appreciated was being shown our room as soon as we arrived. The rooms on the street side were noisy but the ones on the other side were fine. I am not sure I would recommend the place.

Great place. Perfect locations. Cable way is just 450 m away. Great restaurant near by. Loved it. Would book again.

Location is excellent, attention could be improved, we ran out of toilet paper and the staff could not be found anywhere or anytime during our stay.

Great place to stay, very convenient location, just opposite the cabble car ticket office. The hosts are very helpful. They called us the taxi and let us use the fridge and leave the things while we were sightseeing.

I book this hotel because I have to open laptop for working, so look for a place which have desk and chair. My toom is 4th floor. No elevator. Quite small. Hotel give me one bottle drink water. Love it. No towel. They give me helpful info for ticket. Overall is good. I appreciate.

This homestay was excellent. The host was very friendly, and in terms of staying in Zhangjiajie city, the location really can’t be beat. You’re a 30 second walk from great food, and less than a five minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. It is about a 50 minute ride from the main entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park, so keep that in mind if you are ONLY coming for the park (I was not, so this was perfect).
