I gave the hotel high mark because all my other friends were happy with the hotel, to my relief because I found this place. Very unfortunate for me, first we were given a room with big brown stains on the carpet. I trust the hotel tried hard to remove it coz I smelt the chemical too, from the carpet. I requested the change. The option seems no better, so we paid extra to get an upgrade suite, that with wonderful view and space, but there was a drainage smell near the bath area. The bedroom has no door I could smell it from sleep. I literally sprayed all my perfume to cover the unpleasant odor. The hotel did give me prompt responses to address the problems. Credit to that.

A very warm service resort, walking distance to East Gate, plenty of eateries. We love the spacious clean room. Received a free upgrade during check in. Stayed 4 nights. Hotel manager service is helpful.

From Indonesia to the beautiful Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan national forest park. Checking in at the Sunshine Court Hotel in Expert Village, it was a bit difficult because of the language barriers, but the front desk little Luo asked me for a WeChat to communicating its really helpful and solving some of our difficulties. The hotel has a beautiful environment and good service. The room service and hygiene are also good.

Chose National Scenic Spot Sunshine Resort Hotel for a weekend trail race with friends. The location was the main draw – super convenient being so close to the start/finish line. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were good. Service was positive, with friendly staff who could speak some basic English. Breakfast is predominantly Chinese food with few international choices. Overall, a good experience and perfectly suited for our race weekend needs. Zhangjiajie area is amazing and deserves to be visited!

I stayed at a very clean hotel with three spacious rooms. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious options. The free welcome drink, especially after a hot day, was a delightful touch.

The hotel was great. Clean beds, toilets with a varied breakfast. The receptionist A 小乐 was incredibly helpful and kind in recommending places and ensuring that our check-in & check-out was smooth.

Near to wulingyuan entrance of the national park. Walking distance to lots of food choices and the public bus stop that goes to tianmen mountain cable car. Good service. You can ask the hotel for directions to attractions

Newly renovated. Spacious, clean and tidy. Room has everything you need but was missing a mini fridge. The hotel is situated a few mins walk from tourist attractions and many shops and good restaurants. Highly recommended!
