Pullman Zhangjiajie is a great hotel. Well situated, close to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. Friendly staff, with most speaking English. Our room was large and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. We had the best foot massage we've had since arriving in China (6 years ago), and we've had many, many foot massages 🙂. The breakfast buffet is extensive and plentiful. The swimming pool is really big and beautiful. This was our second stay at the Pullman, and we would stay there again. Good value for money. Highly recommended. There are no photos of the hotel, just snaps of the local scenery.

Pullman Hotel is located next to 魅力湘西大劇院. Hotel has swimming pool and gym. Room is clean with comfortable beds and nice view of the mountains. Room has openable balcony. Pleasant environment. Many restaurants opposite the hotel. Front Office Manager Lee is very nice person and will try his best to fulfil guests’ needs. Excellent service from Manager Lee. I have enjoyed my stay at Pullman Zhangjiajie and will definitely come back to stay again.

The Pullman Hotel in Zhangjiajie is very nice and we had really great room. Everything is clean and people are friendly. The language barrier is something to consider as only selected people can speak English. Something to improve is that you might expect a bit more explanation for what is possible and how the hotel with all the opportunities as such works. Great is that the national forest park is very near and also a great theatre with a local performance.

Great breakfast, great location, was able to check in early (11am). Has a big pool. I have no complaints about this place. Thanks

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were upgraded to a suite. The suite is big and has a rather big living room. the staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is near to ZhangJiaJie National Park East Gate and there are good restaurants nearby.

Stayed at Pullman for 4 nights. Hotel located near ZJJ National Forest (1.2km). Decent size room n wide spread of breakfast choices.

We recently stayed at the Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location near the East Gate of the National Forest Park is perfect, and the streets come alive in the evening, adding to the charm. The travel service desk was incredibly helpful, providing excellent advice on organizing our visit to the National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain. They even handled ticket bookings and registration, making the process seamless. The hotel's restaurant offers an extensive menu featuring both Asian and Western cuisine, with high-quality food at very reasonable prices. After a day exploring the park, relaxing by the swimming pool was the perfect way to unwind. Overall, we highly recommend the Pullman Zhangjiajie Hotel for its superb location, outstanding service, and great amenities.

We were upgraded to elite rooms which is much bigger and nearer to the lobby. The hotel is huge and pretty, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a tourist attraction and within 15 mins walk to the famous mountain. The daily breakfast buffet is delicious and with a widespread of varieties, I finally get to taste the Bee Hoon on my last morning with them.

Location is great for traveller who would like to visit national park for few days. About 1km away from park’s east gate. Highlight of the trip is concierge George who is knowledgeable and provide great recommendations of routes to this huge park.

Good option in this very touristic area, very spacious room. We were upgraded for free. Great breakfast with a lot of options, swimming pool as well.

Had a fantastic stay here. The location is great, being very close to the signature (east) gate. The room is also fantastic and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Location is great but service is a bit lacking. After checking out, asked if they can help with a taxi. Was told by the reception to walk to the main entrance to flag the taxi.
